I wouldn't recommend this place. I have a chronic gastro-intestinal disease and was having an emergency. I asked to use their bathroom and was treated incredibly rudely. I had to explain multiple times that I have a medical issue and was even told at one point "it seems you would have planned better, then." My illness is incurable, extremely painful, and even my efforts to manage it through diet and exercise don't always work; so it is occasionally unpredictable. Not only that, but I'm on vacation so my options are even more limited than usual. It seems this place can't be bothered to treat you with humanity unless you throw money at them.

About 10 months ago my wife pointed out the toxic workplace culture of this company. Instead of reaching out to her to see if it could resolve issues or gain knowledge, it looks like this company decided to ask its employees and close clients to post reviews. This further validated my wife’s original point: management appears toxic. If you want us to remove the one star reviews, you’ll reach out to see if you can resolve the issue, not force your employees/ask clients to post arbitrary five-star reviews to protect your own behinds. Hopefully this serves as a warning to all who contract with them.

Normally Barclay Butera is a great interior design company, however this location suffers from unchecked harrassment amongst its employees. Bottom line: it is poorly managed with a toxic work culture, which affects the employees' performance and their dealings with the client as well as with companies who provide services and products to them. I wouldn't recommend making associations with them until they fix their bullying problem. The company is fully aware of the harrassment because it has gone on for years and there have been many reported incidents. However, they refuse to take any effective disciplinary action. Perhaps the management benefit too much from the bully or are bullied themselves? Either way it's best to find another interior design company for the time being. *I posted this 10 months ago (10 months prior to what google reviews says). I updated today Dec 2017 with few changes made to my review.

If you get a chance to check out their showroom, you'll understand their discerning taste and the abundance of options to choose from. Thank you for helping me turn my home into a masterpiece.

Barclay Butera has been a solid go-to for my interior design needs for years. Their showroom is always filled with the classiest, most unique pieces. I rarely look elsewhere for on trend furniture and design advice. Cameo is particularly sweet and the rest of the team is just as courteous, experienced and willing to assist you regardless of your needs. My experience with Barclay Butera has been and continues to be excellent. My design team led us through a successful renovation in Park Meadows, showing up to each planning and jobsite meeting prepared and ready to create a beautiful product. The team worked well with my architect and general contractor, and the furnishings were spot on. We receive compliments from friends and family each time they visit. I am continuing to work with my team at Barclay Butera on an out-of-town project and very much look forward to the outcome. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to create a stunning, high-end home.
