Went into this shop to find truffles for a Christmas gift. Saleswoman at entryway was busy talking to a couple. She looked at me and looked away without any greeting. Wandered entire shop without the woman in the office and another person in the back offering to help. Found the truffles but no help. Left the store and have not been back since. Comparable items can be purchased online. Very poor retail mentality, a.k.a. customer service.
