Linda McDougald (unbelievably, no relation) has somehow mastered the combination of exquisitely honed design talent that only comes from decades of experience, with the warmth and easy personality of a long-time friend. We contacted her to help with a project in the Asheville area because we needed someone who understands this unique area and has experience designing a home in keeping with the surroundings. Her portfolio of projects in this area convinced me to call. We bought a house that required a total rework of every surface and needed someone who is comfortable with the full process. From construction work to flooring and lighting to paint and finishes as well as furnishings and accessories, she has created an absolutely beautiful space for our family. She has been available and very accessible throughout the process. The only problem is that now we don't ever like to leave our home! I don't hesitate to recommend Linda and her firm to anyone who is looking for high-end design and a positive design experience. She is exceptional.
