We have worked with many decorators over the years, having relocated numerous times throughout the US. Rarely, has the process been as enjoyable as it has been in working with Ellen and her team. They are extremely knowledgeable, creative and professional. The see the entire process through from beginning to end and make sure you are thrilled with the finished product. They work with top notch contractors to complete anything that is required. Best of all, they have a sense of urgency to get things done. We strongly recommend Ellen Taylor and her design team.

This firm talks a good plan but delivers no more than can be found though a simple Google search. After contracting for design services on a house reno, most of what they presented was either ideas I originally brought to them or stock photos grabbed from the internet. Also, be advised that the prices on goods from them will be high-end retail with a 20% management fee added. I did contact them concerning my disappointment and, over two weeks later, I have yet to hear back.
