We live in Los Angeles, our boat (a 62’ Offshore) was in the yard in Newport, Rhode Island and we were flummoxed as to how we could possibly pull off a successful long distance redo of all the cushions, pillows, fabrics and Roman shades on the main deck. She handled everything virtually, sourced fabrics, mailed samples to us, oversaw fabrication —and we never laid eyes on the finished product until everything was completed and installed.
