I liked that I received a prompt response to my online request for information. The designer (John Y) was flexible with scheduling the consultation and was able to fit into our crazy schedule. When he came to our home, he looked polished and professional. The consultation was informative, and John was friendly. The installation technician (Mike) was on time, worked quickly, and was also friendly but professional. When he left, our he left the closet, and entryway/ hallway tidier than when he came. I was pleased with how quick after consult we were able to have the closet installed. I know that's not the normal turn-around time, but I appreciated the speed with which we were able to have this taken care of. Many thanks to John Y, Mike, and the Calif. Closet team :)

Christine Zack was excellent! She was super helpful during the design phase. I changed my mind twice and she was able to accommodate me with no issue. Install was excellent. One drawer was installed and did not self close easily. Nick came back with another installer with new parts and worked on it to make it perfect! I have already referred a family member

Excellent production from beginning to end. Our project manager Sheri was brilliant - she stopped by several times for measurements. Jerry the installer did a fantastic job! He was able to make adjustments on the fly and took as much pride in the clean up as he did with the install.

My closet is AWESOME! The CC representative was knowledgeable, creative, and did not pressure me for a sale. She designed the most efficient closet that met all of my needs at a price that fit my budget. Although their standard time frame was 6 to 8 weeks for scheduling the installation, to my surprise, they were able to schedule me within a week! This was excellent because I was closetless (mine caved in)! They called to remind me of the install a couple days before. They were on time for the install and even called to tell me they were 15 minutes from arriving. The young man that installed the closet couldn't have been friendlier. He even tolerated my chatty 12 year old son the entire time he was here. I don't think he was out the door 5 minutes before I started filling the shelves and rods with clothes and shoes! I love, love, love my closet! I would definitely recommend California Closets to anyone looking for a quality product!

California Closets Your Sales Consultant, Shannon was so helpful and polite. She took time at our home to measure the items we wanted to store in our new closet then she designed space for every item to fit into with space to spare! Then Shannon came back to our home during the installation to make sure it was done to her specifications. Your installer, Jerry, was neat, professional, skilled and efficient. He installed the partitions and shelves securely and then cleaned up everything. He then left us some extra shelf clips and two extra shelves. I liked how convenient the whole process was. My closet was designed in the initial meeting, right before my very eyes, and when I suggested changes, they were made just as easily. The installer, Tanner, was nice, too, and got the whole thing done inside of two hours.

Mark Cassidy was very professional when he came for a visit for an estimate. He knows his job very well. It didn't take him long to measure and give us a 3D version of how our closet would look. He knows his stuff. Then came the day of installing. Mike came to install. Our closet is very small since we live in a small studio. Couple of boards were cut extra 1 inch long. Mike measured and cut them to fit and did an amazing job. I am glad it was him who came to fit the closet. He installed the closet within 2 hrs. Job very well done and a happy customer. The designer spent a great deal of time on the project, including managing the demolition to make certain that the new installation could accommodate cable/electrical units already in place. The installer was prompt, efficient and made certain that the closets would function as intended; he had to work around a botched cable installation and left the area scrupulously clean.
