Jamie put me at ease, was so much fun to partner on furniture and fabric selection. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have been to this store many times for inspiration and purchases. I am a wood worker and have been in the business for 9 years now. I am usually very hesitant of purchasing furniture from retail stores, because I truly think I can make it myself for less money and with better craftsmanship. That being said, I honestly love going to this store and looking around (with the occasional purchase) with my wife. You won't find quality made furniture like North West Home has anywhere else in central Oregon. Trust me I have looked, and I know what to look for. I am a sucker for their barn wood products. It's the real stuff. Not that veneer that other companies try to sell as real old barn wood. if your a strong believer in getting what you pay for, then I highly recommend this furniture store.

I really hate writing sad reviews but for my fellow Bendites...I have to. DON"T SHOP HERE. WAY over priced. Furniture shopping should be exciting and truthfully I felt PRESSURED and like I was getting ripped off to line the pocket of the owner. NOT a local business I want to support.

Very beautiful and high quality home furnishings. Most of it is industrial rustic, with a lot of Western pieces. My favorite styles, but if you prefer more a classic look you may not find what you are looking for. 3 levels to this store - bedroom, living room, and dining. Has a lot of interesting accent pieces as well as unique furniture.

The worst service ever!!! We love the selection of items at this place and had planned to decorate our newly renovated home in San Francisco with many of their items but our experience of ordering and trying to receive our den couch has us running for the hills. We worked with Jamie, who must be in training because every logistical aspect of our order has been delayed, mis-communicated and screwed up. The lack of customer service is stunningly bad. We should have known something was up when they had the couch delivered to their store instead of to our home in San Francisco…. and then they informed us that it would be an extra $500 to send the couch to us – this was never disclosed during the sales process – talk about being blackmailed….. 5 months later we still have no couch…. It is now almost March and we have received nothing – that is 7 months since we placed the order!! We have had to consistently reach out to the store to find out what is going on – no proactive service, emails or phones, just silence….. In speaking with Deedee (sp?) the store manager she told me that their accounting systems is not set up for reminders to contact customers and they have no way of tracking where their orders are – I find that strange for a store that sells and delivers furniture – she shared with me that her dad has been so upset with the store for not delivering a piece to him that he has stopped talking with her – what a great endorsement of their ability to provide customer service? – I suggested that a post-it on a desk works well as a low tech reminder system…. Even Katie their operations manager has agreed with us that this is no way to treat customers and that there is no excuse for this type of service…… A little update….. it’s now March and we have finally received our long awaited couch…. The “white glove” delivery service “was anything but – besides not being on time and over 2 hours late in delivery, they were the most unhelpful guys ever……. So glad this whole incredibly bad experience is over.

This furniture store is like no other, as soon as you walk in, it feels warm and inviting. The creative juices start flowing! I loved all the unique and well made furnishings at this store! The prices reflect the quality and the life of the furniture. This was a time in my life where I wanted to purchase quality and they delivered. We worked with Jamie who was really fun and had wonderful ideas. She came out to our new home and measured and guided me though picking out the right size and color of furnishings. I wanted to buy from the storeroom floor so I could have my furniture now! I purchased living and dining room furniture and had to order two custom pieces! Happy Shopping! Love everything and it is holding up well with 3 grandkids and 3 dogs!!

Shopping for furniture is not something I normally relish - walking into a store with all of the options and determining what is best is tough enough, but being assaulted by over-aggressive sales staff is also, normally part of the program. This IS NOT the case at NW Home Interiors - the atmosphere is relaxed and all of the merchandise is first-class - the pieces are selected very appropriately for what you would want for Central Oregon - this is not a chain, but a store designed for the tastes of this market. There is so much to choose from that fits your eye and that is a welcome challenge! What really sets NW Home Interiors apart is the knowledgeable staff - there to help when you need it, but giving you the space you want to browse and determine what options are right for you. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Clayton Riley - he greeted me as I came in and based upon my request to just have a look around, let me do it! What a concept - no pressure! After looking around for a bit, Clayton came back and asked if I needed any help - I showed him some pieces I was interested in and what I was trying to accomplish. He listened to me, took it all in, understood what I was looking for and narrowed my search down to items in inventory he knew worked for me - sounds simple, but you don't get that most of the time. After a little time, I was so confident in Clayton's understanding of my needs and his knowledge of how pieces can go together, I knew I was in good hands. I left NW Home Interiors without purchasing anything, but Clayton stayed on the case, sending me pictures of different pieces and communicating with me with ideas and concepts that exactly fit my tastes - we finalized everything through email and a couple of quick calls - efficient and perfect. This was a great experience - I give NW Home Interiors and Clayton a big thumbs up! If you are looking for high-quality, Central Oregon furniture that comes along with good, old-fashioned service, you might want to check this store out - I highly recommend it!

We recently purchased a custom sofa from NW Home Interiors. Our experience from start to finish was first class! Debi, our designer/sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the sofa design and fabrics available. We went into this having a particular fabric and color in mind. Debi was able to help us find a high quality fabric and walked us through the order process. Her professionalism and most of all her patience while we made our decision was so appreciated! Along the way, she maintained contact with us to let us know the status of the sofa being made in NC. The sofa was just delivered this week and we couldn’t be happier - it looks amazing!!! The delivery guys were also first rate and professional. They called us the day before and gave us a one hour window for delivery - and that’s exactly when they arrived. We love this store in downtown Bend and occasionally come in and wander around to see what’s new.

Furniture is outdated lodge decor. Although they were nice in the store, no one ever called us back which was super frustrating. I'd skip it.

In July 2019 my husband and I purchased our first set of QUALITY made furniture for our main tv room. It was our 25th wedding Anniversary gift to ourselves. To say that you get what you pay for is very true with NW Home. NW is not cheap, BUT is was worth it. We received that "old school" quality customer service that is so hard to find these days. We found 8-way hand tied furniture (made in the USA)....Big deal for us....and we put our trust in the interior designers when it came to fabric choices. I had some concerns about fabrics and I just decided to believe in the NW process and I (we) are so happy! We asked the designers to be honest and not just agree with our thoughts and choices.....and they actually were honest and even said NO to design choices we were thinking about. Appreciated that!! We are currently working thru a issue with our cushions.....We ordered extra firm and we received standard firmness....We brought this issue (and one cushion) to the store and they agreed there was a problem. They ordered us the right cushions immediately without any argument. Received 2 and working on the remaining 4. Will keep u posted. We are not concerned because NW INTERIORS has already proven there loyalty to us as a customer. We highly recommend NW HOME INTERIORS. Google Quality Service and watch NW HOME INTERIOR pop up.
