We ordered sight unseen through Shelli their consultant through Costco. The results were more than we hoped for! The 2 installers Brandon and Peter were professional skilled carpenters and did excellent work,. They cleaned up everything and finished in one day! We are very happy with our new closet room and additional closet systems in our bedrooms. Will order more in the future.

I highly recommend Closet Factory!! We have a log house (which can present problems with any project) that we had just moved in to so the place was a disaster of boxes and furniture stacked everywhere. Jo Anne Pemberton braved the disarray to tour, measure and discuss our storage needs. A few days later she presented me with a fantastic design with features I had not even thought of. I have a wonderful little ironing board that pulls out of a drawer and unfolds, as well as a nice sized counter for folding clothes. Who knew closets were not just for hanging clothes. The entire team at Closet Factory was fantastic to work with, from design, to scheduling and payment. It, quite literally, was like working with old friends. Definitely give them a call - you will be so happy with the results!

It is rare for a company to be above par on all levels - Closet Factory certainly was for me. Debra’s design for a small “reach-in” closet expanded my space - allowing me to store more, and keep my closet much neater and organized. Being the consummate consumer, besides reading all reviews, etc. I had three companies out to design my closet and submit a bid. I also visited the showrooms - to compare installation options and quality. Closet factory was by far the best design, the best quality, and provided much more value for the money. As I didn’t realize I needed special permission from the home owners association - Linda, the owner, handled it all - having to make several calls, submit proof of insurance etc. to stay with the original installation date. Best of all, the installation is perfect - Bob the installer was on time, covered my floors so as to not do any damage, vacuumed, and thoroughly cleaned all the shelves of the new closet. I couldn’t be more pleased with the company, the service, nor the end result.

Our designer, Shelli, was phenomenal. She was able to work around our busy schedule to book a consultation. Once at our home, we were completely at ease with her. She was very personable. The project was our master closet of a 20 year old home that is a complete remodel. She was able to get past all dirt and dust to to all the required measurements. Once done with that she quickly used her laptop and designed our beautiful closet in front of our eyes. The price was just right as compared to other brands. Shelli kept us updated on progress and installation date. Yury who installed our closet was very polite and very quick. We love our closet and are very happy with our choice. Thank you Shelli.

I ended up having The Closet Factory design and install a kitchen pantry and install some very attractive shelving in my kitchen for display and my cookbook library. From the office manager (the lovely Linda) to the design (the immensely talented and thoughtful Shelli) to the efficient, professional and courteous installers (Brandon, et al), I was treated to first-rate, very personalized and thoughtful service. Shelli Dierck was our designer and she went above and beyond to make our project happen. We are in the Manzanita area and that will deter a lot of folks from working with you or charging you some crazy amount to do the work but Closet Factory doesn't operate that way and Sheli was amazing. She made the trip to the coast a number of times to make sure she got it right and the installers were flawless. They did a perfect install and you would have never known they were even there except for the beautiful, finished closets they left behind! I could not be more pleased with the experience I had with The Closet Factory. The owner, Mark, was lightning quick in response to my initial inquiry and provided me with design ideas immediately. He then quickly modified a design to meet our unique needs and provided a quote for the project that fit within our financial constraints. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to put off the project for half a year and Mark was incredibly patient and accommodating. When I was able to finally go ahead Mark connected me with Shelli who was a joy to work with in customizing and finalizing the project. The installation team did an incredible job of making the shelving fit perfectly into the space in record time despite some unanticipated challenges. The shelving looks great and is utilitarian and sturdy. I highly recommend their work.

We love our Murphy bed. My craft room and office serves as our guest room so now our guests can sleep comfortably on a bed instead of a blow up bed on the floor, and then the bed tips up for the day out of the way and looks like a two door closet. The rep for the company, Linda helped us decide what type of bed was best for us and gave us great service. She explained everything and was very knowledgeable. She visited the house to make sure the bed would fit and not hit our ceiling fan and took care of every detail. Didn't have to wait long for our bed to be built and delivered and set up. I would highly recommend the company, a great experience.
