My designer, Sandy, was professional, courteous and helpful as, believe it or not, I don't know that much about closets. She went out of her way to explain the process from start to finish and dealt with no less than 100 questions from me. I would highly recommend sandy and California closets as I love my space and they made home improvement as painless as possible.

Every person we came in contact with was amazing. Nina, their designer, was courteous, professional, and knew exactly what they were looking for. Worst Customer severe ever, as soon as she picked up the phone she sounded rude, and when I asked her to repeat what she said she hung up the phone on me, this just indicate how poor their work ethic would be, don't waste your time

We are building a vacation home in northern New York state but live on Long Island full time. Receptionist told me CC doesn’t install in my area and that I should go to the Albany office for a consultation. Apparently you can’t get a consultation where you live and build in a different place. All the designers were at a sales meeting, anyway so it was a pointless trip. Thanks, but no thanks.
