I chose this place for fabric because it was open earlier than all the others near me. SO GLAD I went, because I've never had such a positive experience at a fabric store. I had to bring my 2 toddlers with me, and they didn't even want to leave the kids corner when I finally went to check out! I spent way under budget, their sale rack is full of variety at great lengths and awesome prices. The sales associates were so professional, very helpful, and kind to me. This is now my #1 choice for fabrics. I'll be going back here when I need material to make curtains again, soon!

This store is truly a seamstress AND Uphostors dream. The assortment of fabrics number well over one thousand varieties. There are numerous weights, colors, types of fabric available. There’s outdoor fabric, drapery fabric, and sheers, just to name a few. The prices are unbeatable, you get quality fabrics at economical prices. Most fabrics are at least fifty-two inches in width. Any fabric which is damaged or has flaws is sold at a “Huge” discount. The sales associates are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. You are allowed to take photographs and ask as many questions as you like. The sales associates are honest and straightforward with their responses. They have called their other stores to inquire about particular patterns for customers. On one particular visit, I had a customer in California in need of advice on several pieces of fabric at their store. The sales associate assisted me in a FaceTime video conference to ensure that my purchase was indeed what the customer desired. That one piece of assistance resulted in a sale of $500 (five hundred dollars). That same customers sends me back to the store repeatedly for unique fabrics. The staff at this store is “OUTSTANDING “, always willing to assist, greets each customer as they enter the store, and if you describe what you’re looking for, they know exactly where to find it. Shopping is made simple in that samples are pre cut and pinned to the bolts of fabric. The customer simply removes a sample and gives it to the sales associate, who in turn locates the fabric and takes it to the measuring table for cutting. They take the time to explain repetition of patterns, the nap and informs customers of all complementary colors and patterns. Simply delightful to shop at this store!

I saved for a long time to be able to recover my chair. This store was recommended by the upholstery repair person. Very disappointed. The fabric is pitting all over. A 500 dollar waste. I am editing my review. The manager has offered to replace all 12 yards of fabric and even allotted me to spend 4.00 a yard more in my selection. Thank you

I have found nirvana and it’s the Interior Alternative! After moving from NY I thought my sewing and quilting needs would have to be satisfied at chain stores like Joanne’s Fabrics. After seeing the store from I-77 , I stumbled into fabric heaven! A selection like I have never seen, outdoor and indoor fabrics at AMAZING prices. Pillow inserts in every size and shape you can imagine. A comparatively smaller selection (although quite adequate) of trimming needs are available. The quality is great, a selection of sale fabrics that are a steal but you have to look carefully as some irregularities are bad but others you can’t notice. PRICES are unbeatable. I purchased fabric for an apolstery project for $14.95 and found the same exact fabric at Joanne’s for $49.95. Don’t get me wrong, Joanne’s is fantastic for many things but for fabric none compares to The Interior Alternative! And now, I’ve saved the best for last...the STAFF!!! Knowledgeable, patient, smart and helpful. They actually all sew! They helped me figure out how much fabric I would need for a project, which I couldn’t begin to figure out. You ‘ve got to checkout this amazing fabric store.
