Bait and Switch. Professional and pleasant experience with Nicole and Fran, Associates, quickly turned ugly by the Owner, Emily, when she first agreed to price match, and at time of purchase, refused! I had bill of sale invoice from an out of state dealer of the identical product, and she refused to accept it as earlier promised. Significant cost saving with other furniture store. Buyer Beware at Guthrie Interiors!
