My husband and I recently relocated to North Carolina and had the pleasure of working with Sally at Designing Women. We were on a time crunch and needed to not only furnish some rooms in our new home, but also needed help with accessories, bedding and draperies and Sally was able to do all of this and more for us. We worked with her remotely while we were still in Maryland and she made us feel like we were right there beside her the entire time. She would communicate with us regularly, send us pictures of things to choose from and show us how the furniture would lay out in our new rooms. When the time came for the move, she met us at our new home with the movers and helped us with the furniture placement, where to hang the artwork, and placement of accessories. Without the help of Designing Women, Inc., we would have been lost and overwhelmed. Thank you Sally for everything, we will definitely use you again in the future.

California has a crazy real estate market, meaning we bought and closed on our house within weeks of having seen it for the first time! We loved our new house, but none of our furniture was going to work in it and our move day was fast approaching. We called Sally Bentley of Designing Women, Inc. in North Carolina and told her about our predicament. She immediately started sending pictures of furniture pieces that were perfect for our new house and our personal taste - like she'd known us all our lives! Then she flew out here and met the truck when it arrived with all our new furniture. She managed the installation beautifully, then shopped with us all over the San Francisco Bay Area coaching us on which stores have the best accessories for our type of home and furnishings. We were so impressed with not only her creativity and design expertise, but also how she made it fun and exciting (and not scary) for us. Then when we needed that 'one last thing' that we couldn't find here, she had it overnighted to us from back east so it would arrive while she was still here to help us install it. Hiring Sally was the best decision we could have made, saving us both time and money. We absolutely love the home she created for us! I would recommend Sally without reservation for any style of home anywhere in the world.
