It was awesome and we are very pleased. I would say 8 out of ten. The installer was a very nice guy but his spackling skills could be better. Also your systems are rather pricey. I almost went with another company but your sales gal was great and had lots of samples to show me your product.

We wanted to upgrade from the basic builder grade master bedroom closet installed in our new home so we contacted California Closets for a consultation. The designer, Lindsay, was so creative and was able to utilize every inch of the closet for storage that met our needs. The installers were very careful and did a great job. A few weeks after installation, the drawers needed minor adjustments (which was my fault); Hector came promptly, fixed the issue, and explained what he did. We're looking forward to our next project with California Closets.

Ultimately, once my husband and I made a decision, Patti handheld the process through the installation (which was on the promised date), and ensured our satisfaction upon completion. Her installation team was very prepared and well informed about our order from Patti. No detail was too small for Patti's attention. She is an honest, fun professional; very easy and pleasurable to work with. We highly recommend Patti. She made our experience, the entire process end-to-end, a sheer delight. We definitely received good value for our investment, thanks to Patti.

When we visited the store, the staff were very friendly and professional. They offered us several solutions for our master closet, and did not pressure us into making a "fast" decision. I was incredibly impressed with the installation team. They called ahead to confirm the appointment time, then again that day to let us know they were on the way. They were punctual, friendly, and quick to get to work. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time while delivering a quality product. At the end, they cleaned up after themselves (vacuuming and dusting, which is unheard of these days)! We've been extremely happy with our closet (we've had it about 2 years now), and would highly recommend this company to our friends.

We used CA Closets to do all the closets in our home, and Joe and his staff did a beautiful job! About 3 months after completion, we put our house on the market, and the new, beautiful closets sold the house (after just 6 weeks on the market). We moved to a larger home in our same neighborhood and used CA Closets again to do all the closets in our new home. Again, Joe and his staff did an incredible job, and we could not have been happier. Joe the franchise owner was great at helping us design the closets, the installers were great and payed attention to detail. customer service was excellent. We now can call Joe anytime to add a shelf or design something new in our home. He is very responsive and friendly. Great person to work with.

Our home had an unfinished room over our garage which we decided to finish. Once the the room was completed we wanted to finish by adding add book shelves and desk to finish off the room. We have used California closets before for additional closet space in our master bed room and were extremely pleased with the outcome so the decision was to contact them once again. The same sales agent used for the bedroom was once again contacted and was very attentive to our thoughts and provided a number of alternatives at reasonable cost. The room is now completely finished and looks fantastic and put to good use!

They were a pressure sales where I had to decide that day and offered nothing extra without a charge. I was able to get an upgraded finish and was able to make the decision on my time through California Closets. The price was even better than their cheapest product. From start to finish, I was extremely impressed from the consultation, guidance, professionalism, the actual construction, and installation. Everything was actually quite a bit nicer than I expected and CC exceeded my expectations in every way. 10 out of 10! EDIT: Had a follow up consultation to look into options for our garage roughly a year after first install and was blown away from the price I was quoted. I tried to discuss this with the sales rep, Patti, but as soon as I was concerned with the pricing... I never heard back from her. Concerned a bit considering I was finding commercial grade heavy duty options online for about half the price and I was a repeat customer. I figured I would pay a premium with CC, but not double?! More than anything... I was taken back by the follow up when I showed any reluctance with moving forward. It wasn't until I communicated my displeasure with management or via survey and then I finally heard back from the sales rep. I'm changing my rating due to the inconsistency with pricing and service, but did hear from the owner after the fact. Moral of the story... shop around and know your options. Whether it's actual merchandise, construction, pricing, service, etc.

After 25 years in the home of our dreams the time came to down size... We purchased a 20 year old stand- alone home in a gated community where HOA cares for all exterior maintenance. A wonderful relief from lawn care and all the other burdens of a larger home. We love it. However, the down side is that even after disposing of excess gear, tools, brick-a-brac, sports equipment and furniture, we still had storage problems. Particularly in our much smaller garage. One visit to the Greensboro, NC California Closets showroom and we were hooked on the beauty and quality product on display. We immediately made an appointment for a designer to pay us a visit. The designer, Sarah Smith, arrived right on time (after calling day or so before to confirm) and after a short conversation to get our ideas went to work on her design. In short order she was able to share it with us on her laptop. ... We were sufficiently impressed, satisfied and excited to make a deposit and schedule the installation. Sarah was perceptive and efficient. The process is smooth. The installers were on time, courteous and overcame a couple of minor issues without complaint. Now that our beautiful cabinets are in place I dont want to store some of my old, junky stuff in such a nice place. Yet another benefit of California Closets. (Score 10 out of 10)
