Do not order from them online!!!! Even if you send exact measurements, they give themselves an “allowance” for inaccuracy. I complained and asked for a replacement and after 1 week of emails that were ridiculous (i.e., making me fill out a form with all the same info I had already incl in my email) I got a “Sorry not sorry email” and no return UPS slip after numerous requests. Clearly a basic company not ready to handle customer service like their similarly priced competitors. Remember I just wanted a replacement and all I got was excuses.
