I rarely write reviews - unless I am completely blown away. Our home was on/off the market for 2 years, and just one day after staging, we finally received our first offer! Thanks to the beautiful work of Nicole and her team! We met with various vendors (sprinklers, plumbing, crawl space, electric, gas, etc) as we prepped our home for sale, and Nicole was literally the only person who showed up to an appointment on time. As a mother of a toddler, this alone was something I really appreciated. Then she quickly walked through the house, efficiently and with intent, asked some questions, took pictures of the space and responded with a fair estimate and design ideas within 24 hours. The whole process was so easy and efficient! Great friendly helpful communication throughout. Thank you Su Casa for seeing the potential of our home! Best decision we could have made! Wish we had made it sooner! Worth every penny! Closed in May!
