One of the best deliveries we have ever received. Our beautiful new couch was delivered on time by two great guys who scoped out our home before coming in. They hoisted the enormously heavy couch over their heads to avoid damaging our porch stair railings, flipped the couch with seeming ease to fit it through our front door, and placed it just where we wanted it. They discussed care of the couch with us and then before leaving, they completely polished it clean with a leather cleaner they’d brought along with them, even though it really didn’t need it. Just tip top!

I had a great experience at Surroundings furniture. First just walking in the door and seeing their selection of unique, one of a kind furniture was an experience. Then, the employees are so helpful and experienced. I had the opportunity to meet and deal with the owners Christine and David who were also a pleasure to deal with. The items I bought were delivered exactly when promised. I would highly recommend shopping at Surrounding if you are looking for quality furniture and accessories.

Came here for an interview, got called back to “try out the position” and worked half a day. was told i’d be called back to meet the owner and that i’d be compensated for my half day. never got a call, tried to contact “max” multiple time to at least receive my pay and she dodged my emails and calls until i gave up. super unprofessional and honestly just morally wrong.

So far so good with surroundings. The employees are really nice and (most, not all) really have great knowledge about their products. The owners aren't very amendable or flexible on delivery costs and making deals. We had a larger order and wanted to buy a 5,000 buffet and they wouldn't budge on the price. Its nice to feel like people really want to earn your business and its a bit of a slap in the face when they just don't care. On the bright side, the inventory cannot be matched in the place. Super unique, super high end.

My husband and I had been looking for a piece for our TV to replace an older, outdated and too small cabinet. When we walked into Surroundings, we were warmly welcomed by Stewart who graciously began showing us what the store had to offer. We were delighted to have found this place, as it has beautiful pieces, many of which are made in the USA. The displays are gorgeous, the furniture of excellent quality and the assistance that Stewart offered was invaluable. His knowledge of the product lines was impressive. Not only did we find and purchase the BDI cabinet for our TV, we also bought two more pieces that were the perfect solutions for our home. The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were professional, taking great care in the handling of our pieces. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was set up to our specifications. Thank you, Surroundings, we are thrilled with our purchases.
