My designer, Erik, not only produced multiple designs based on my space and needs, but he offered a very competitive price for the closet. Construction was performed in less than 90 minutes. The installers were professional, courteous and clean. I was completely satisfied and impressed with the process from beginning to end. I would definitely use Closets by Design again.

I had shelving installed in a storage closet on Monday. The finished product was fine and the worker who installed it was pleasant and efficient. The problem I had was that the woman who designed the space set an appointment for Monday at 9. She said the job would be 1 1/2 hours. I was called 2 days ahead and was told my appointment would start between 9 and 11. The installer arrived at 11:30. He did not have a hand cart on his truck. The job was on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building with an elevator, but it took a while for him to load. He was able to borrow a rolling cart from the building. The wrong shelving was sent for one part and had to be delivered from Carlstadt. The installer arrived at 11:30 and left at 5:30. A gross underestimate by the designer. A job that I thought would take 1 1/2 hours took all day.

The work Closets by Design did for me and my family was excellent! we worked with Priscila as our designer and she was experienced, she took the time to explain everything, listened to all our needs and got back to us within a day with great ideas and solutions for all our closet problems. The installers where within the window frame, all was done as promised in one day and the product is great, durable. They truly do an outstanding job installing their products. Overall a good experience with this company. Price was also fare, we did get other quotes, but the first impression and experience with Closets by Design crew, made us decide to go with them. I do recommend this company and will use again in the near future for our Pantry and hopefully Garage.

Closets by Design did an outstanding job! Designer Julie is a very caring and gifted professional. She was creative, patient, understanding and worked with me to complete the plan to perfection. The builders, Kevin and Kyle were highly skilled and worked tirelessly to make certain that everything was completed to perfection. I will use Closets by Design again in the future! This company is amazing to do business with. We had shelving installed at our store 7 years ago. We had a drawer that wasn't working properly and I emailed the company to have it repaired. I had a response within an hour and an appointment to have the item fixed. The gentleman came and fixed the drawer in a matter of a half an hour. When I asked him what I owed he said there was no charge and that they stand behind their product! This company goes above and beyond in their customer service.
