Approximately five years ago we had a major re-design to our home designed by j.ellen Design, LLC and were thrilled with the design and the magnificent island with a cherry top installed by Millyard Cabinetry, however, beware of the contactor used (Russ somebody) as 75% of the work was done very well EXCEPT for the hard wood floor. The quality of material was poor and the installation was even worse. The floor is separating vertically across the entire span and laterally near the kitchen counter. Our living room floor install by the builder 29 years ago is still intact wall to wall. After months of complaining, the contractor finally came over and made lame excuses of invisible "water" damage and promised to come back "soon" as they were starting an new house. That was almost two years ago and we have never seen him again. J. ellen, and Millyard Cabinetry are professional and reputable, the contractor then again?
