We have had a great experience dealing with Decor 8. They made us custom drapes for 3 rooms which turned out amazing! We also had a ceiling to floor automated custom solar shade made for the sun room which is outstanding. Mary and Bowen have been so attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are also busy converting our existing blinds so that they are now automated. They do slip covers too. We cannot be more pleased.

Back in March our Interior Design company had decided to use Decor8 to fabricate some Bamboo shades for a high end client. Marty, the owner, reassured us throughout the quoting process that he had a ton of experience and that this would be a piece of cake. We did not even get a sample until May and it was awful. It was nothing like we expected. So in June, we decided it was time to go to another vendor. Marty assured us we would receive our deposit back. We have called and emailed him several times, most of the time with no response the few times he actually answered we kept getting excuses as to why we haven't received our deposit back. Last we spoke to him was in September when he said they were still trying to return the box of bamboo they bought. Now they wont even return our calls or emails.
