Ordered a built in shelving unit and bar for our living room. The design process and installment were a breeze, but when I got home the day of install the glass installed was not what I had chosen and the hardware was the wrong color. I also have my selections in email. I called Dan immediately that evening and he told me not to worry, he'll fix it and they will call me to schedule to replace the mistake within 3-4 weeks. I emailed him with an ETA at 4 weeks no response. I called 2 weeks later and was told he would call me that day - no call. Again I called the next day, no call. Now I'm getting annoyed. Then I call AGAIN and they say someone will call me by the end of the day to schedule the install. Someone calls a couple hours later saying they are 10 minutes from my house on a weekday when I am at work to take the doors back to redo the glass. Really??? I'm expected to sit with an unfinished product for who knows how long after I was told it would be a quick fix in my home and no one will ever get back to me? The installer said Dan would call me the next day to explain further, but he still has not called amazingly. The communication here is terrible and I STILL don't have what I ordered.
I was planning to use them for the rest of my home as projects come up but I will never again. We'll see if I ever get my glass and hardware replaced I'm now on day 5 of hounding them after waiting 6 weeks from the day of install.
Update: a few hours after posting this review they called and a week later we had everything finally fixed painlessly.
