We used Lime Tree to do a design refresh in two rooms that we had struggled to complete for years. Decorating is not our strength and we really had no overall vision for the space. Sharon and Casey took time to talk with us to uncover what we might gravitate towards including paint colors, art work and decor. With very little direction from us they were able to personalize the space and transform it into an area that we absolutely love. They both have an excellent eye for color, accents and layout. Sharon and Casey are the best. contemplating a move to St Louis after 5 years in Portland OR and 5 years in Kansas City (and two successive 1920s era homes) i was grappling w how my things might fit in a beautiful but wide-open turn-of-the-century Downtown loft. i think most people hire these ladies for help in stageing a sale, or moving out? i thought, why dont we reverse the process: help me move in, help me plan and distribute my things for maximum effect. we nailed it. they sized my things up and pitched right in, by the end of Day 1 the place had the structure and layout of the beautiful homes i had so loved, but in a radically different space. bravo, LimeTree! also of inestimable help was Sharon's hubby Michael, a certified pro at art installation in general and picture-hanging in particular. i was afraid to touch my beautiful brick walls but desperately needed to have my collection of 30+ years up & around me for the place to feel like home. in just one month we achieved total success on all fronts. i'm now home. thanks ladies, i wish u continued success

Can’t say enough good things about Sharon and Lime Tree. I’d recommend reaching out to her team early. I got in touch about four months in advance for some consultation. This was my first time selling and though I made a lot of improvements to the place, I knew it could use the eye of a professional. The consultation was AMAZING! Sharon provided a range of tips and tricks regarding where to add color and what that color should be, items that may be distracting, what patterns to use and avoid, how to declutter, and the list goes on and on. All items were doable and cost effective. Lime Tree staged our home recently and did a fantastic job. They started with a consultation, talking to us about each room of the house and what we would be willing to rearrange or move into storage. They photographed the whole house on the first day, spending about four hours in the house while we went to a baseball game. Lime Tree came back two days later with their ideas. They didn’t just present their ideas, they came to our house while we were at work and actually put their plan into action. Working mostly with our own furniture, they moved pieces around the house, with great results. They brought in decorations that looked much better together than the various artifacts we had picked up over the years. They put great thought into decorating each room. For example, we had a small refrigerator in our guest bedroom. We could have moved it, but we were also trying to avoid getting a storage unit. They kept this in mind and used it their staging. We also had some large cubbies that our realtor thought would have to go into storage. Lime Tree instead found a place for them in a different room, where they looked perfect. They put great thought into the smallest details, such as how the books were arranged on the bookshelves. They replaced every family photograph, which everyone recommends to do, but being a recent buyer, I can say that most sellers just don’t get this done. For all of the couches and beds, they not only made them look great, but they taught us how to do it so we could get ready for a showing. Lime Tree came on the big day to make sure everything was in order. Fortunately, it was only 29 hours from first showing to ‘under contract’. I think Lime Tree’s staging was a key factor in getting multiple offers on the first day. Not only did we essentially get our asking price, we also saved on moving furniture into a storage unit. I think hiring a staging company is a scary proposition, but Lime Tree delivers. They not only helped with decorating ideas and decorations, they were active throughout the whole marketing process.
