I live with haunts, like ghosts and such! I need furniture for them. I feel like everytime I request this sort of thing I get spooky looks but not here. Ellecor understands ghosts have rights as they use to be people. If they are going to haunt me I want them to do so comfortably. Ellecor was very helpful in finding the best furniture for my precious poltergeists. I'll definitely return and reccomend them to everyone even if you don't live with soul shadows.

Sierra helped me design/ renovate my new living room and kitchen. She helped pick out the colors schemes, fabrics, countertops, backsplash, furniture... Almost all of it! It's all done now and looks awesome! Everything came together very well. Hoping to eventually have her help me do my master bedroom/bath and basement as well!

This store and its staff are TOP notch! Gorgeous items in all prices ranges. Excellent designers with nothing but helpful and sweet personalities. They go the extra mile and also support our community through donations to many local charities. The designs that they have done rank up there with Veranda, Southern Living and Architectural Digest. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

The first time I walked into Ellecor, I felt right at home. I loved the fact that they carried Norwalk furniture and could take care of all my decorating needs. Everyone was so helpful and I am very happy with all my purchases.

We were VERY disappointed with our furniture purchase through Ellecor. We have worked with other fine furniture stores in Springfield (i.e. James Décor, Wheelers, etc) with very positive experiences. We found two Norwalk chairs were on sale and when I asked why, I was told it was a discontinued pattern. Shame on them for not declaring that damage was the reason they were discounting the chairs. Shame on us for not looking under one of the tags to find a 2 inch tear in the fabric on the shoulder of one chair. When asked about this later (after the purchase) we were told, yes, that is why they were on sale. No remedy was offered. This is NOT the kind of customer service we ever want to experience again. Our experience with other high quality stores is that damage is disclosed, not hidden - hence a damaged item was not purchased. Never again Ellecor. I caution you to be wary of any purchases at Ellecor.
