It is a pleasure just wandering through the store gazing at all of their wonderful merchandise. They also have a fantastic floral section just waiting to fill your order. I love that the shop isn't just for flowers. Its a true boutique with one of a kind items from clothing, to jewelry, to art and decor. My favorite time to go in is around halloween and Christmas. They have it all decked out!

Was looking for a local shop to deliver flowers to my wife's work. I'm reticent to order flowers online via FTD (or the like), as it's a mixed bag when it comes to quality. Alissa's is a high quality, local shop. The arrangement was awesome, and made all of her co-workers jealous. When they found out it was from Alissa's, they all knew their reputation as a top notch local florist and that added to the "special" nature of the gift. Thanks!

Flowers not at funeral home for visitation. I called on behalf of family. Woman on phone confirmed they were delivered and even verified the delivery address. Confirmed 7 orders were delivered. I spoke with funeral director and they were not there. My mother (sister of deceased) spoke with someone at florist and that person told her that she had never placed an order with them. This is after I had been told that 7 orders had been placed including my mother’s. Come to find out that all had been delivered to wrong funeral home (remember I confirmed the address even). Thank you for poor service and dishonest communication on an already difficult day.

Well that's a nice neat little place all different types of odds and ends one thing I didn't like is they let that dog roam around the place like I don't know like he's the person that made me uncomfortable he's barking all loud and everything they had some clearance items that were reasonably priced other than that they're very expensive but it's a cool places to go check out you might find something reasonable you'll definitely find something unique

We sent flowers to a visitation last month and the delivery accidentaly went to the wrong address. Alissa's realized the error and got the flowers to the service on time. Not only did they call to tell me but they gave me a refund. It is hard to find integrity like that these days. These folks are serious about customer service and I have recommended them to several people since. Great service and quality arrangements.

THANK YOU Alissa's...!! I waited to the last minute - why...??? Because I'm a man...!! I called Alissa's late morning for a local birthday floral delivery I needed made to my Fiancée's office before 4PM. The customer service was fabulous - the price was competitive and reasonable - (((HOWEVER))) - not only were the dozen red roses delivered by 4:00, my Fiancée raved about how they were some of the largest, most beautiful, full roses she'd ever seen...!!
