We recently purchased a King bedroom suite from Ross Furniture and have been extremely pleased with it. After having a set from Miskelly that was disappointing from the beginning it was nice to see a store with a selection that was made with REAL wood and not the fake cheap material that falls apart. The set we purchased is not only gorgeous, the quality is fantastic. Each piece is so heavy and sturdy. Scott assisted us in the store and he was so polite and helpful. We opted to purchase delivery and assembly as it was super affordable compared to other stores and believe me, it was WELL worth it. It also has to be said that we were very happy with the delivery men. Their names were AJ and Curtis and they were the nicest, hard working men. They arrived at the scheduled time that was given to us which is nice, punctuality is a plus. It was so hot outside yet they hauled in all of our furniture and assembled everything so quickly. They did a fantastic job. They were so polite and careful with our furniture and the interior of our home. Overall our experience has been great and we will now be shopping at Ross for all of our furniture needs. They definitely offer quality furniture that lasts a lifetime.

I ordered a custom sectional sofa from Ross and could not be happier. Being that I am an out-of-state customer, I needed a bit more help than the average Ross customer. My sales rep, Carrie, was up for the task. She sent me several fabric samples and arranged for me to speak to the local rep for the company that manufactured the sofa I was ordered. The service, price and quality made it completely worthwhile to order from out-of-state. My husband drove to MS to pick up the sofa and was impressed by the ease of this task with the Ross staff working quickly to load the sofa knowing he had to drive several hours home with the it. We have now been enjoying the sofa for several months and could not be happier. Its a modern sofa that meets our needs given that we have two slightly crazy dogs which are allowed on our furniture ;)

Ross Furniture is truly a unique store. I have shopped there over the years and always find them dedicated to finding the items I need. Carrie is extremely patient, as it takes me quite a while to completely make my mind up on my furniture purchases. Enough cannot be said about the uniqueness of their inventory! Many items are one of a kind by Brittney English Designs. Customer satisfaction and quality rate Ross Furniture 5 stars. It comes as no surprise that they received the distinction for the 5th year in a row of Mississippi Magazine's Best Furniture Store!!!!

I got a great deal on a great recliner that I am giving my awesome husband And Brannon was very nice He showed me several recliners and let me make up my mind because of his professional personality and willing to help me in anyway even flipping the chair upsidedown to show me there is no SPRINGS THAT IT IS MADE WITH STEELE BANDS which was the saleing point as well as his personality So I left went to the bank and on my way I called the store and told the lady to tell mr Brannon I was coming back to buy the chair to get my order made By the time I arrived he had my paper work waiting on me I did not have to wait for one second... But I am excitedly waiting on my chair to arrive.... Yeaaaaaa I am very happy just want the chair to come on in now Thank you Mr. Brannon at Ross furniture That is at 1949 hwy 80 east flowood ms.

I feel like we’ve found a gold mine with Ross. Their prices are fair. Their products are well procured and of high quality. They are always friendly: the sales staff is very patient and quite knowledgeable about their products; and the deliver guys are always kind and give the utmost care with your purchase. Over the past several years we’ve purchased a bed frame, dining table, an ottoman, and a sofa. All of which are still the best pieces in our home.

The customer service with Ross Furniture is HORRIBLE. I purchased a mirror for 1000.00 from Ross. After deciding that the mirror didn't fit my space, I tried to return the mirror. The saleswoman said there would be a 20% restocking fee, and also said the owner was willing to work with me due to I just wanted to pick out something different. When it was time to check out, the owner turned horribly rude! He started to scream, he didn't twist my arm to purchase anything from his store. And he knew he would cross this road with me..... Mind you, the items that I was repurchasing I could have fit in my truck, however, was willing to pay another 69.00 delivery fee just so they could pick up mirror I needed to return. Also, I had no problem paying the restock fee...the sales woman stated they would work with me.... I never refused. I just asked a question regarding what his employee told me. I would not return to this store if they were giving away furniture. He does not value his customers... he feels somehow entitled but doesn't understand with customer's his business would not flourish...... The owner of this business has a rude, arrogant, judgmental, discriminating attitude toward all of his customers. I
