I have worked with The owner for several years decorating my home. Most everything has come from CasaBelIa. I have special ordered many items Which does take a while but no different than any other store. They are wonderful to work with and have helped me achieve my perfect home.

Very unprofessional when dealing with potential customers by using swear words and suggesting impossible acts. They have lost my business. Alisa Tarver Berry was most rude.

We waited for over 3 months for everything to arrive. No California dock workers strike so I'm not sure why it took so long. I had different people at the business tell me what products and services we paid for and their stories were not the same. If I could give zero stars I would.
