Love love love! Had a great experience picking all finishing, paint, stone, and furnishings for a new home with Martha O’Hara. Worked with Heidi (and Heather) out of Austin for most of the project . Super easy to reach, so responsive. When I didn’t like something, she took no offense and went back to the drawing board. Encouraged me in different directions but I ultimately ended up with a house and furniture that I love. Best thing - when anything is off, it will be fixed. They truly see things through to the end and want happy customers.

We ordered a product and received something that was not what we ordered. We were informed it would be installed and look like the other items in our home. It did not. When we asked about the issues, we were told “that’s just the way it is”. We return the items we did not order and still had to pay for them. Let’s be clear your deposit is not a deposit. Very shady contract practices.

Highly recommend! I'm not much of a furniture guy. When I found the perfect home, I really wanted help bringing out it's potential instead of bringing it down with my old mix-matched stuff. The team really nailed my personal style preference and did it without compromising on the functional side of things like storage space and durability. I had a great experience and the final result is better than I could have imagined. They also worked with my girlfriend to sneak a surprise chair in for me.

Our designer Emily is professional, intelligent, and her and her team understand my style and how to translate that into a functional and warm home! We've worked room-by-room to understand where to allocate our budget and which rooms to hold off on. They have provided us with a comprehensive color scheme for the entire home with a room-by-room design book where they pair our custom designed rugs with our sofas, sofa fabric, pillows, coffee tables, pictures, and wall color all laid out on the exact floor-plan. They've helped us make some big design mistakes all while helping coordinate the logistics of shipping a delivery. We couldn't be happier!

As I started a remodel project I realized many of the kitchens I loved were from Martha O'Hara Interiors so I reached out to them about design services. I am so glad I did! I worked with Bhavana and she was a delight. She had great ideas, she was able to articulate why she preferred one thing over another and she was very patient as she helped me hone the look I wanted for my home. It is safe to say that my remodel turned out much better than it ever would have thanks to Martha O'Hara Interiors.

Let me begin by saying I was a real fan of Ms. O'Hara until I provided my credit card and a retainer payment. After receiving a nearly 100k estimate to work on unique touches to my already designer furnished home (yes, you read that correctly, 100k); I learned Martha herself would not be working on the project. I got nervous about working with someone else, so opted for doing 1 room at a time. Throughout the process, the alternate designer made me feel as if I was cheap or that my own selections were subpar, making me feel compelled to spend more with them or making me feel bad I scored a couple of great couches at a sample sale. I was provided with what they call "power point" (which is actually just a jpeg still photo of items selected from the internet) and the designs were, in my opinion, uninspired, nothing like her "look" on the internet, and full of tans/browns, which I indicated at the outset was a no-go for me. You don't get to see or sit on these items so its no better than internet shopping but with a big caveat - hefty restock fees. The alternate designer did show up on time though and did come out to my house, so that was a positive. After selecting expensive blinds, they arrived, were installed crooked, and then didn't match the sample and were in a different style than what was sold to me. Well, when it came down to brass tax folks, they nailed me with a 33.3% restock fee on these blinds plus losing all of my deposit. I tried to discuss these issues with Ms. Ohara and resolve them multiple times since these were not the blinds I ordered; but to no avail, and my email of last week has gone unanswered. A very disappointing experience, and one I won't repeat.

They tune into my style and come up with unique suggestions that I would never have thought of on my own. Elizabeth Darth is a gem! We are so fortunate to have her as our decorator.
