Boy are we glad we picked Kiss Carpet in Mancelona to pick out our flooring (carpeting for bedrooms, vinyl plank for everything else) for our newly constructed home. Cara is so knowledgeable and professional, it was a breeze to work with her. Not only did she help coordinate what we were thinking we wanted, but also kept us to builders allowance. Afterwards, she even came to the house to help us pick out paint colors!! End result? Awesome!! Thank you Cara and Kiss Carpet!

Lori helped us choose our carpet and linoleum for not only our home, which we are doing a completed remodel, she also helped us choose the same for my brothers home. I highly recommend Kiss Carpet. Outstanding in every way, from visiting the Mancelona store to the installation of my carpet. Lori was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my choices. The installers moved all my heavy furniture, including some not so heavy! They did a fantastic job - very professional and yet friendly. They even braved the snowiest day so far (January 25, 2019) and were on time! When I am ready to re-do my kitchen floor and two more rooms Kiss Carpet will be doing the job! I highly recommend Kiss Carpet.

Our second experience with Kiss Carpet in Marcelona was just as wonderful as our first! The showroom has many fine selections to choose from for all areas of the home, tastes and budget. Lori and Heath were very helpful in working with us to select our new flooring and gracious when visiting our home to obtain exact measurements. Dave and Kyle arrived on time and did a great job installing our new floor. Their attention to detail was evident and greatly appreciated when they identified and resolved squeak and uneven surface issues during the preparation phase. The new floor looks great! We are "very pleased" with Kiss Carpet in Mancelona and look forward to working with them again!

We had a great experience with Kiss Carpet Mancelona! Since we were somewhat undecided on the flooring material we wanted for our home (but we knew our budget), Lori walked us through the many types of flooring, prices and quality of each. She was very knowledgeable. She never tried to pressure us into considering flooring that was over our budget and she kept our needs and wants in mind. She really listened! The install crew was there on -time and the install looks great. Kiss Carpet Mancelona made a follow up call after the install to see how we liked it. We will definately use Kiss Carpet Mancelona again.

We heard about Kiss Carpet and decided to pay them a visit at their Mancelona location. We met with Ken on our first visit and he very patiently explained several carpet options for our home and showed us many samples of various types and colors. He let us take a few samples home to help us decide. We went back and met with Lori and placed an order. She helped us schedule the installation and explained that Heath would come out and take measurements of all of the rooms so the correct amount of carpet and pad was ordered for us. We decided to remove the old carpet and pad as we had a use for some of it, so we did this before the installation date. Steve (Rug Rat) and Chris came on the scheduled date and did a terrific job, getting it all done in one day (living room, hallway, three bedrooms w/closets and a stairway). The results are excellent! We are very pleased that we made the decision to work with the great staff at Kiss Carpet.

Lori was a pleasure to work with, offering expertise and suggestions, sharing samples to bring home and coming out to the home prior to writing a quote. Heath also came out to the home to provide measurements and insight into what I was trying to accomplish. Dave K. and Brandon did a great job of efficient and quality installation. They had a timeframe and completed the job sooner than was expected. Brandon went above and beyond by adding spacers to the toilets since the new flooring was lower than the previous tile. He also called me when he went to install flooring on the second floor and saw that the direction I had chosen was not the same as on the first floor. He walked me through why I might want to install it in the same direction as the floor below so they would match - he was so right! At the end of the project, the final cost was even less than quoted. Every single professional was so trustworthy and their work ethic is reflected in a great finished product. I may have paid a little more than if I had gone to a discount store, but I am certain the final outcome would not look so consistently great as what I received from Kiss!!

In remodeling our vacation home Up North the last year or so, had Kiss Carpet install a back splash in the kitchen and remodel the main bathroom tile for floor, shower, and backsplash.
