Faurcia is an international company that many people dream to work with. The entrance need like asmall show room to show the visitors their products. The documentary film on TV at the entrance was excellent and give you a general idea about the company.

I was harassed by a supervisor named Norman while working here. I reported it several times & even tried to set up two meetings to discuss it. They terminated me instead of dealing with the issue. Other than that, not a terrible place to work. & they could be a bit more organized.

This is a very very bad company a few good people that work there!!! Great place to work man one of the best jobs over had absolutely loved it I had very flexible hours lote of overtime union job so definitely keep you busy. Supervisors and everybody they will definitely fight for you if they see that you're doing the right thing you know it's like a big family they're very good place to work highly recommended if you can get in there. Even if you can't right now they go back and forth between hiring and and freezes great great place to work highly recommended keep trying you'll get it eventually it's worth it
