Worst place ever...everything is triple and quadrupled expensive for no reason. Most of them are not even worth the price tag. The sales woman there is ridiculous. I have no idea how they stay on business with such over priced hidius looking furniture.

OMG, Sheffield has the most exquisite leather furniture at the most expensive price. But you've heard the old adage, "you get what you pay for." They have a wide selection of sofas and accents for living room decor. It's a little rich for my taste but I did observe a leather couch I liked but will contemplate purchasing it here.

Nasrin did a swell job for my wife and me. We had an old Stickley lamp with a wobbly wood base and loose solder on the mica shade. She ordered a new shade and had the wobble fixed for free. We greatly appreciate this fine service.

The delivery drivers were the best. They made sure to unpack and carry the chest up to the second floor and put it in place, rather than just drop it inside the door downstairs. Before putting it in the bedroom Carlos 2 had me open each drawer and check that things lined up and opened and shut smoothly. The chest was turned to all sides so that I could inspect the chest and finish. Once it was placed in the bedroom I was asked to check to see that the chest was level and did not wobble. I've purchased a lot of furniture and appliances over the years and these were some of the most conscientious delivery people I have dealt with. I was very happy with their concern that the furniture I purchased sight unseen (other than a photograph online), was what I expected, and was in good condition. Sheffield has very nice, polite, detailed employees that have been taught to make sure their customers are thoroughly satisfied.

Great service in every way. Extremely thoughtful. My salesperson was very thoughtful. On one purchase, she made a minor error in telling me how long a sales price was available, and when I came back later than the actual sale (but not later than she had stated) to purchase, she got the sales director to give me the sales price as she had first stated. I recommend most highly!!

My recent experience with Sheffield Furniture was disappointing. I have been shopping at Sheffield for 20+ years and I think they just don't care about customer service anymore. I ordered furniture for my new house and was told the delivery time would be 8-12 weeks. After the 12 week mark passed, I stopped by the store ask about status. I was told it was scheduled for shipping. After another week, I called again and was told there was a problem with the fabric and the furniture wouldn't be shipped until the October/November time frame. Six months for a furniture delivery is unacceptable and not once did anyone initiate communication with me to let me know what was going on. I emailed the design assistant and copied the store manager asking for a resolution. I proposed a few things that could possibly save the sale but received a lukewarm response with no real solution. I finally emailed to cancel the order and still heard nothing. I called and talked to the manager. She said the refund was in process. No one bothered to acknowledge my email and let me know this. The store manager also came across as if she didn't care. No apology until I told her I was disappointed with how things turned out. I ended purchasing furniture from Restoration Hardware. Some of it will be delivered in 2 weeks. The chain stores have more accountability and can't get away with non-communication and poor customer service. It's too bad that Sheffield doesn't take customer service seriously. I don't think they will be around much longer. There are many more options to buy high end furniture online and much better customer service at the chain stores.

Sheffield Furniture is the way to go especially when spending your hard earned money. The staff are very friendly and professional. Mr Keith is one of the best. He's very patient and he makes sure the customers are happy when they leave. I'll be coming back to purchase the rest of my furnitures.
