Sana Ellis helped me pick out window treatments. We had a glare problem in 3 large windows in the kitchen/dining room. Sana did a great job helping me find something that matched what I wanted - something that would block the glare but still allow us to see through to the patio adjacent to the windows. When Sana first came to meet with me I was not sure what I wanted - she came back to my house twice after that to bring me more samples to look through and let me keep them over the weekend so I could see how much glare they blocked during the bright time of the day. I decided on a textured solar shade that blocks UV light. The measurements done by Sana were perfect and the installation went well. The shades look wonderful in our home, and the glare is no longer a problem. Sana was professional, personable, and patient! She was great to work with! Randi and Mia were both great with listening to what I had in mind and made it so easy for me to choose what was perfect for our home. They helped me not only with custom drapery, bedding, and shower curtains, but also the plantation shutters for our windows. The store is also full of beautiful accessories and some furniture items. I spent around $6000 on window treatments for 6 windows when I moved in my house 5 years ago. 2 years ago, one of my blinds wouldn't raise and my shade on my door started getting a hole in the back. I called them and they told me I would have to pay $50 for someone to come and look at them. He put something on the back of the shade and took the blind to work on and brought it back and told me if it didn't work they would send it off and get me a new one. Still didn't work right. About 6 months later the shade started ripping open in the back. He came back for another $50 and took the shade and brought it back and it looked fixed. I told him the blind still didn't raise right and he told me that it was ok. It was not! Now I can not raise the blind at all and my shade has ripped wide open again in the back and looks like a piece of trash! Now I have to go buy me a new door shade! I wish I would have never heard of this place. BAD MISTAKE on my part spending all that money on cheap window treatments!

Let me start by saying i spent 7000.00 with these people before the Thanksgiving holiday and never got a phone call are asking me if i was please with my draperies or shades, I spent 600.00 on a piece of furniture in my home and receive a think u card from the company tell me thank u for your business, if u are a high end business please treat your clients a little better !
