Julie Sandman designed and had installed cascading roman shades throughout several rooms in my home. I have enjoyed them for many years and receive compliments continually. I began to have some problems with the drawstrings. Within one hour of letting her know, she made an appointment to survey the situation in my home. The next day the problematic shades were retrieved and returned to the factory. In less than seven days they were repaired, returned and installed in my home and are working beautifully. That's what I call ideal customer service! She is extremely personable, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend her for any interior design project you have in your home or business.
