Design to Market was nothing short of amazing. We received an "asking price" offer 2 hours after the first showing. I was very skeptical, but believe me, it works...we closed this week. Jo and her team know what they are doing and are very non-intrusive. Jo decorated the house for the kind of buyer who would actually buy our house. It was nothing like what we had. Jo's team gets in and out quickly and your house looks simply amazing. I would give them my highest recommendation. Our family and neighbors could not believe it. We would give Jo our highest recommendation.

Design to Market changed our feedback from "outdated and overpriced" to "we are writing an offer". Jo was easy to work with and very flexible. She spent a lot of time talking with me about my ideas and concerns. She sent us a list of reasonable recommendations and we worked on most of them ourselves, such as taking down curtains and painting brightly colored bedrooms. The things we didn't change, such as the outdated colored counter top in the office, she turned into something beautiful with her staging. I was very impressed with the furniture that Design to Market used to stage. It was high quality, wood, and very trendy. The artwork, lighting and accessories were abundant and perfectly placed. I would certainly not waste time trying to sell a house that wasn't staged again. I have already recommended this company to neighbors that are thinking of listing.

I recently purchased a building and offered to purchase the furniture in the house. At first there was some back and forth with my realtor and the owner. Finally I reached out to the owner to make sure we can coordinate the purchase at the same time as my closing. The owner was adamant about purchasing before closing so I said ok. The cost of the furniture was very expensive. Lets just say I paid a hefty fee for convenience of having the furniture there. Didn't complain at all about the cost because I was promised some items would be replaced with new items. As we got closer to the closing date I received a revised contract with a large tax included. I responded by telling her I did not agree to this price and she will have to include it into her cost. She said she would not charge the tax. Less than 24 hours before closing she calls me saying I would have to pay the tax or she will pick up the furniture the morning before closing. Of course I was very upset about this but felt like I had no choice. So I told her I would pay it after the furniture was delivered. She ended up delivering old used beds and two couches that were not the couches we agreed or and they did not match the decor. She hung up the phone on me and told me she would not buy the correct couches.

We really debated about staging our 2 bedroom 1 bath house after we moved out. The market was pretty healthy, and we were fairly confident it would sell. Each time we went back to the house after moving out it just didn't feel right. I called Jo on a Friday afternoon. She had it staged the following Thursday. It looked amazing! She has such an eye for design. The only part that I didn't like was that in 4-5 hours she was able to decorate my house better than I had in almost 10 years. She made the rooms look bigger and really defined all the miscellaneous spaces. At one point we were worried one room was looking a little dark because of the super cloudy snowy days we were having. She had extra floor lamps in later that day. Even answered her phone sick with the flu and arranged everything. Responsive and clear about pricing. Willing to use just your pieces, your pieces and her pieces, or fully stage if needed. The price is for staging and the first month. Then there is a daily price after the first month which was very reasonable. We kept it staged until we had cleared inspection and appraisal. She gives free estimates so no commitment. It is not as much as you might think. I would 100% recommend you at least get an estimate and see if you can swing it. Worth every penny in my opinion. All the feedback from agents was that it showed better to much better than similar listings. We were pending in 13 days. Thank you for a job well done! Couldn't be happier... unless you would come stage my new house for me.
