Our designer Sherry Maraman designed exactly what I wanted and was so easy to work with. She listened and understood exactly what I wanted to do and customized everything to my requests. Marilyn guided us along the way and followed up afterwards. The 2 men who installed were on time, extremely courteous and professional, and were meticulous in their workmanship, it was obvious that they cared about the quality of their work. It turned out even better than I imagined. Turnaround time from order to install was very quick too. I have invited them back to quote a redo of my laundry room next. Very pleased with my experience.

Well honestly the last thing I planned on doing after a major master bath renovation was the closet! We took down the wire shelving to paint the 17' x 7' closet. My daughter saw the bathroom renovation and was quick to point out that the closet had to be done to match the high quality of the bathroom. At first I resisted. Then I thought it can't hurt to have Closet Factory come out to do a free estimate. Barbara Wright came out in a very timely manner and did everything she could do to work with my schedule. I cannot say enough about Barbara. She was very knowledgable and had fantastic ideas to make the best of my space. She was very generous with her time and talent in design. I am still amazed she knew EXACTLY what I needed to have to make the most out of the closet space. A few days after her visit she had a detailed plan for the closet. She listened and followed through with everything I asked. The installation was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner with the utmost attention to detail. Brian, the installer, did a great job! I was amazed at how neat and clean he was throughout the process! He even had a drop cloth on the driveway to pick up the sawdust. After he was finished, he picked up the cloth and took it away without a speck of dust on the driveway. Overall it was a 5 star+ experience with Closet Factory and I truly believe I added to the value of my home with this investment. Marilyn Jones you should be a very proud business owner.
