We had an excellent experience with California Closets. We just moved from our home of 40 years to a condo. We definitely needed better storage space. Carly Saluga came to our condo, took measurements, discussed our wants and needs and drew up several options for our review. We met with Carly at the showroom and looked at plans and sample material. After a couple of minor modifications we arrived at a final design. Their software application is amazing. It allows for instantaneous change and print outs. Once our install date arrived, Steve did an amazing job. He was very professional, very efficient, and completed the job in near record time. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We definitely and highly recommend California Closets!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My small and simple closet design and installation was originally scheduled to be completed by Easter. It’s still not done, nothing has changed from the original design, and they cannot get the installation correct. Additionally, they haven’t showed up for set and confirmed appointments. Buyer Beware! At these prices, you expect professionals and high quality. Be ready for disappointment.

We just bought a new house - built 1905! In keeping with the style of the home, we wanted an area with "built-in look" shelves (it is an office) that would look nice. However, since it is not a "public" area, we wanted less expense. We got both. We asked for an estimate on a closet - we didn't think we'd go with it at the time, we were going to live with what we had until we figured out what we wanted. The design was clearly so superior to what was there, we did the closet too!

It was outstanding. Beverly Simon our designer was very helpful and had a lot of great suggestions. The young man who installed the closets was very thorough. He explained everything upfront and reviewed the design. He installed it very quickly and went over any questions I might have had. We could not be happier! I wish we had more closets in our house that CC could transform. We live in a 100-year old house and closet space is at a real premium.
