I've worked with Karen Mills on two of my houses. I can safely say that you can trust her explicitly. At first a suggestion may sound differnt, but TRUST her. I listened to her suggestions on everything from colors to cabinetry and my home in Bonner Springs came our stunning! She worked her magic on my home in Overland Park and again she was spot on! She is so incredibly tallented, just trust her. Your home will be fantastic!

Came out and gave a few ideas. I didn't feel she listened to what our goals were. She charged for the visit, but didn't tell us up front what her fees were. After expressing our dissatisfaction she offered to help us again. We ended up using someone we felt was more enthusiastic about the project.
