Zach did a gut to stud remodel on our first home in Northern Colorado. We encountered many unexpected surprises as far as the house condition was concerned. Sagging ceilings, rotten seal plates, termite damage, etc. Zach took that all in stride and the finished product was better than expected. He's a true Craftsmen that PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I highly recommend him!
