We first used Elizabeth Erin Designs when we prepared to sell our home. They provided a comprehensive list of recommendations for increasing the value of our home and its appeal to the market we were in. EE Designs also staged our home beautifully to elevate how our home would look photographed for online viewers. This increased our showings and our home sold in less than 5 days, at a price 5 digits higher than we originally expected before seeking Jodi's help. Needless to say, I'm a big fan. We then used Jodi and her team when making selections for our new construction home. I was overwhelmed with the array of choices in flooring, countertops, paint colors, and lighting. Jodi listened to my budget goals and likes/dislikes, and then recommended solutions that were much better than what I could choose on my own. She relieved the pressure I was feeling: I knew these were significant investments and choices I needed to love for many years. Jodi helped me balance cost with functionality while still achieving a high level of aesthetic appeal. I'd recommend Jodi to anyone trying to sell a home or make choices about a new living space. We contracted Elizabeth Erin Designs to create a design/theme for our nursery. Right from the start they were consultative, collaborative, and just as excited about the project as we were. We had several thoughts about what we wanted based on pinterest and in our initial meeting discussed all of them with EED. They took the images, notes, and measurements of the room and came back to us less than a week later with an AMAZING design. The design included all our our must have ideas and many more things we didn't even consider. They provided paint colors, furniture ideas, accessories, light fixtures, etc. We were given a listing of all the items with substitutes that could be used to give a range of pricing to fit our budget. They gave us a floor plan of the room with the items, a breakout of the inspiration and even provided a contractor referral if we needed it. EED followed up multiple times throughout the project to make sure we had what we needed and if they could support in any other way. This was a phenomenal experience and we will be using them again very soon!!!
