Awful attitude from the "owner" Tom. I listened to him tell a customer that he cannot help her because it's her fault that she ordered a specific item. He told the customer he was extremely frustrated, rolled his eyes multiple times, and then left in a hurry. Originally, Tom and his associates mis-measured for the original cabinet (vanity) so the customer had to wait several weeks for a new top. The new top, which Tom purchased for the mistake, came with no undermounted bowls and it was 1" less deep. No overhang! So many mistakes. Too many. Yet, he blamed the customer! Bad bad bad business skills

Our designer Jamie was friendly and easy to work with. She listened to our needs and designed a closet that was functional and esthetically pleasing. Tom and his team was very professional and aimed to please. We would highly recommend Closet by Design-Central Iowa to our friends and family.

Great experience - would highly recommend this crew. I live in an old farmhouse which has some very challenging closets and I needed to maximize the use of a minimal amount of available space. I felt like it was a collaborative effort - that they could tell I wanted to be involved in discussing ideas of how to approach the space. I also could tell they were happy to do the whole thing if that is what I wanted done. Very professional service and the product is great!

Our designer, Lesley did an outstanding job of helping us out with the layout and design of our Master Closet space. She was very flexible with our ideas and worked with our budget. When the install team showed up, they were clean and courteous and they did a good job. We were very pleased with our experience.
