I began working with TDF Interiors about three years ago. I was initially very hesitant about working with a designer as I had not enjoyed a good experience with the in-house designers at a couple of the larger furniture stores. Tina has been amazing to work with. She has helped me to define my style and has been great at ensuring that our individuality is still apparent in our home. Tina is meticulous in her attention to detail and in her understanding and communication of the design process. Three years later and we are still working with Tina. She has transformed our house into a home. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I had a very disappointing experience with TDF Interiors. I felt that my budget was not respected- was billed for search time of fabrics that were unavailable, and designer discounts were not passed on as discussed. Tina even suggested I buy a "vintage" end table that was sun faded and priced at hundreds of dollars. Ultimately I paid several thousand dollars for a floorplan. I needed to complete the project by hiring a second designer.

Tina was selected as our First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest’s interior designer for a major interior project. It was a tight timeline beginning in November and ending on Easter Sunday. Due to Tina’s skills and expertise, she came in on time and under budget. Today, our congregation is ecstatic with our new meeting space. It’s fresh yet fits seamlessly next our 130-year-old sanctuary. In addition to Tina’s ability to listen to us during the planning phase and discern what our goals were, she also had the skills to lead us with a quality color palette, furniture selection and overall design that was perfect for us. She was detail oriented, easy to work with, focused on our project, and mindful of our financial constraints. Our design team under Tina’s direction has nothing but kudos for her.
