Very poor customer service. I was dealing with layout problems in my mid-century home. I desperately needed more seating, occasional tables and lighting.The first time I "shopped" I wanted to know what they offered and if they could help with professional design services. I liked some of the items on the design floor and thought the pieces would work in my home. I was not approached by the clerks. When I sought out one, her responses were terse and impatient. My first impression was not complimentary. I decided to try again, after all, we all can have bad days. The second visit, the same clerk very efficiently suggested I move my dining area before we "take it further." I really wanted her idea to work. Unfortunately the space was too tight and there was no email response from her with pictures of my failed attempt. I decided to take another approach a few weeks later and brought her a diagram of the floor space on graph paper. I spent hours measuring everything in the room and even made cut-outs of the existing furniture to move around the graph paper floor plan. I am not exaggerating when I estimate 5 or 6 hours to create the 16" x 11" diagram. During this 3rd visit I sensed again that I was an inconvenience. This perception was magnified by preferential treatment towards some women who came into the store after me. Each time she left me and went to speak with the newcomers although there was another clerk on the floor. I inquired if I should have scheduled an appointment and was told "no". Never-the-less, my visit quickly ended as she escorted me to the door and told me she would use the diagram and get back with me. I didn't hear back for more than a month. I returned to the store where another clerk diligently looked for, but could not locate my file or graph. Subsequent phone attempts were not returned. When I finally reached her, she was short with me and stated she did not know where the graph was as it had been lost. She had no apology, just said she would call when it was found. I haven't heard from her or the store since. "Le luxe est une affaire d'argent. L'elegance est une question d'education" - Sacha Guitry. But in this instance, I really like what Yves Saint Laurent said, "We must never confuse elegance with snobbery."

We worked with Luxe for more than a year, trying to get some design work and furniture at our home. The designers just stopped calling. We paid deposits for furniture and custom curtains, months later the owners "took over" our projects and were going to personally handle things. After several more months of no contact, they basically said they weren't going to finish any of the projects. Also, they weren't refunding deposits. Stay away!!!

I recently purchased a new home and was stopped by the Luxe Interiors store when visiting some family in South Bend. I was blown away by the selection and I am hoping that I can find a Luxe store near me. I am so excited about the possibility of finding some of this fun, unique, and quality furniture in Charlotte.

Terrible customer service. Woman made snarky remark after i expressed my distaste for some outdated furniture designs/patterns. She ignored me and my companion as we browsed the store. Will never come back.

My wife and daughter love this place. If you’re looking for “Quality Furniture”, and you’re willing to pay what it takes to obtain a higher quality product, luxe is a place you’ll want to check out. We’ve purchased many items there, customer service is fantastic. Locally owned too, that’s a big plus for us.
