I worked for this company they assured me it would take a week to get used to it all. They instead fired me after less than a week very dishonest company i personally would not but from a company who cant even be honest to thier employees on a dayli basis boss were very unprofessional and derogatory towards women there i was very displeased with my short experience here

When I first started working at KIP, it was a good company. Since they started making changes to everything under the sun after being bought and sold, over and over the company no longer cares about the employees even the ones who work every weekend, come in early and stay over late to cover for other people. The pay is nice, the health insurance is ok. If you don't like spending time with family or having a social AT ALL, like being treated as if nothing is good enough then you'll love this job!! *insert sarcasm here*

Yesterday I go for an interview and I think myself I'm more than qualified for the job! I have all the experience they want and what their looking for in an employee and plus some! So I get the walk through of the plant, shown where I'm going to be working, shown the guy that will be training me, the whole nine yards! Totally had me fooled! So I call the very next day to the staffing agency to find out my start date but instead I was told since I've been W a Certain company for too long they wasn't interested, plus since I made only this where I was at and they would be paying more money on the HR. That I wasn't good enough for the job! I feel myself that you just missed out on a Great opertunity for a GREAT employee!
