We had a great experience buying California Closets for our Master Bedroom. We did a renovation and added Cal Closets. My wife always wanted Cal Closets so we had them out to give us their thoughts. The product is excellent and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. The salesperson, Erin, and the entire team was very professional. They reminded us of the install date and called when they were on their way. The entire install did not take more than a day. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful ideas and designs to turn our "space" into a "place." Now, instead of empty space, there's a place for our clothes in our closet, and our cleaning products in our laundry room. In the future, I will also have my pantry redone and one more closet. The only thing is that open shelving means you have to dust them. The work was professional, although a couple of doors don't line up, but I'm sure they can fix that. Good quality, and an ironing board that "folds away" until needed, as well as wonderful shelving for folding laundry. Love our closet and laundry room.

The craftsmen who installed the pieces were professional and efficient - an particularly tolerant of the bad weather conditions during the installation. Overall, it was a very positive experience. There is no doubt that I would use California Closets if the need arose again.

Initially my review would have been 5 stars, however, we need a repair & went thru the correct channels to schedule warranty work (took them 2 weeks to schedule the appointment of installing a new handle for our murphy bed).. then the technician never showed up & didn't even bother to call. I've called the office manager twice (during office hours) and didn't receive a call back either time. For as $$$$$$ as California Closets are, I expected them to stand behind their work & warranty. Very disappointed. Let the buyer beware!

I had just moved into my new old house (built in 1913) that had more closets than most houses of the size and vintage but the space wasn’t used to its best advantage. The California Closets designer measured both of my small walk-in closets and sat down with me to discuss my specific needs for each space. She was attentive and very personable. I approved her design, they kept in touch with the progress of the production of my custom shelving and components. Installation of both closets probably took three hours or less. Very clean. I am very pleased with the process from design to installation and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with California Closets and their whole operation. Jennifer came to my place home and created a closet design after reviewing my current space and taking in my requests. After this I was able to review, approve and schedule for installation which went without a hitch and now I Love my new closets. I highly recommend California Closets.
