We work with Buckingham Interior Design for many years , and must say ,that it is one of the best designing companies that we ever worked with . Their work is beyond expectations. They are always very professional, on time with the projects due dates , and very well organized. Their creativity is amazing . We are highly recommending them for your dream house .

The first time I talked to Julia, she sounded great. I clearly mentioned my budget and timelines. After working together over six weeks: -The proposals were way over budget. -Poor project management/ extremely slow progress. -Lack of communication. The only time she contacted me first was for the money. -Promised dates were rarely met. -Lack of professionalism. -Lack of transparency. She first mentioned that I'd pay the contractors directly, then a few weeks later, she was asking me to pay her directly. I never felt like she cared about my project. When I asked to refund the remaining of the retainer, she said she used it all and that she would send the report in the next week or two. It's been almost five weeks now and I haven't heard back. Having a clear set of hourly rate, I have no idea how she ended using up the exact amount of the retainer. I wasted so much money, time, and energy. All she did for me was to pick the paint colors for the house. Nothing else.
