Bittner's repaired an expensive dresser for us (we didn't buy this at their store) December 14, 2016 Please convey our sincere appreciation to your service department employees. Manuel for a job well done and Brian for corresponding with us to get the correct information. Our dresser is now functional and sturdy. We were contacted by your service department (Brian) and he was very thorough and listened to the problems we were having. He told us what measurements would be helpful and at the point we knew we were in good hands. Manuel was friendly, easy to talk to, and skilled at his work, we really liked him; he is a credit to your company. He explained in depth what he had done to fix the unsteadiness of our dresser. He did a fantastic job and we are extremely happy and in awe at his craftsmanship.
