I was in Home Fashion Interiors in the Fall of 2017 and the store sales lady was very helpful! She was really good at knowing the lastest in home fashions and designs. I needed alittle extra help on deciding what would best suit my living room and she helped me pick out the best sofa for my home! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this store!

Buyer beware! Read your receipt....NO REFUNDS. I bought a full price item off the floor and returned it within 3 hours because it was too large. Totally shocked to be informed that I could only get "store credit." I was only able to get a refund with the help of my bank and after 3 weeks. Never again HFI.

Contacted to help one of my customer's who owns a Henredon dining room table ($14k) to get a price list for this item. Refused to give me a price list until I gave them all of my customer's information. Last thing my customer needs is me giving out her information. I called another Henredon location and they sent me the required information in 3 minutes. You guys need to review your customer service skills and stop worrying about being "car salesmen".

Nice store. Size is huge inside. Very misleading by looking at the front. Some very nice pieces but bring your wallet. This is no rooms to go!

Although my husband and I enjoyed working with Maureen (she is awesome), we are incredibly frustrated with how long it is taking to receive our furniture. We ordered an upholstered bed mid-November and it won't be delivered until April. We ordered a table in December and have just been told it will ship (not delivered to us, but shipped) on Mar 26th. If you have 5 months to wait on your furniture, you'll be happy shopping here. If you expect things to arrive in a more timely fashion, then shop elsewhere.
