Everyone is really nice and helpful. This makes my experiences in the store very pleasant.
Great customer service here. Store well laid out and organized. Picked up an online order and service was super quick and hassle-free. Item packaged nicely ready to give as gift.
Very snooty employees
My wife loves this store...nuff said
Very nice good helpful service. If you love to cook you'll be amazed at all the gadgets for the kitchen.
Best Stuff for Home!
Good luck finding a parking place at this new location. My husband and I drove around for 20 minutes and finally found a space about 100 yards from the Whole Foods store. Then the security guard told us we couldn't park there unless we were shopping at Whole Foods. There was no place to park so we could shop at the Crate & Barrel, so we left and went home after driving 15 miles to get there. Won't be going back. The design of this shopping area is a joke, seriously, who is going to shop at Avalon during the holiday season? The Avalon developers do not know how to plan a shopping mall. The cheap rent for the retailers won't matter when no one comes to shop.
Good selection for furniture and household items.
Who doesn't love Crate and Barrel? This Broadway/Houston location is beautifully arranged and the staff are extremely helpful. Two floors of quality crafted items ranging from essential furniture pieces to tiny knick knacks.
Located in the heart of SoHo it's easily accessible. You are greeted as soon as you enter. The store is full of display to help give you ideas. There was always an associate near by to ask questions. I visited pick up in store and that transaction was pretty seamless. Clearance was small but some decent deals. There are two floors and a bathroom on the upper level. My only tiny issue is that the bathroom cleanliness should match the cleanliness of the store which is impeccable. Overall highly recommend for your home needs.
lots of furniture selection, very friendly store reps who will answer any question you have. Less contemporary than some other furniture store I am checking and pricey comparably.
Nice home furniture.
Just checked out the new downtown Crate and Barrel. They had an event and they treated us like gold. The store and furniture is outstanding. Thank you C&B for being such amazing hosts.
Best store ever greatest quality products and employees
It’s currently the day before Thanksgiving as I’m writing this. We ordered one of their modular unit thingies in July. Somehow they are so incompetent that we still don’t have anyone who can build it properly. The driver who delivered it in August basically broker the unit, and yesterday we got a replacement unit but with nobody to build it, it’s just sitting in a pile in our living room. We’re hosting a bunch of family tomorrow and thanks to Crate and Barrel, our living room is a disaster. Don’t order furniture from Crate and Barrel unless you want to spend a ton of money and never get what you ordered actually built properly.
So much fun to wander around in! Never been that big on most of their furniture, but I love the kitchen items and all of the fun food mixes and cookbooks that they stock. They also have some very cute holiday items for both Christmas and Chanukah, and have recently branched out into selling pet dishes, toys and accessories.
If this store didn’t have an employee stationed at the front door at all times no one would ever speak to you in this store, at all. I would say that I’ve spent a considerable amount of time and money here regardless, but I’ve never been particularly impressed with their service standards. I love most of their furniture and find most of their housewares appealing, but there are other fish in the sea and a lot of their kitchen items can even be found on amazon. Crate & Barrel management should take a really close look at how their customers are being treated in this store and evaluate the potential loss of business from not re-approaching customers after their initial greeting and offering assistance when someone is clearly interested in something (looking intently, touching/feeling). Don’t get me wrong - I don’t need a sales associate hounding me - but I also very rarely will go hunt someone down and beg them to sell something to me.
I love this store it has a little bit of everything And quality merchandise
Wonderful products ang great costumer service
Lots of nice kitchen things here. Good for small gadgets and bigger appliances, plus Le Crouset, All-Clad, etc cookwares. Home goods upstairs. The escalator is narrow. Nice bathrooms to stop into if you are in Soho as well
Great service, staff are really friendly. Good Prices!
Great things for the house!! good prices
Very good store with variety stuff that you need for your house.
I attended a private wedding registry event today and I cannot praise the employees enough. The staff is warm, attentive and genuinely interested, they appear to really enjoy what they do and be knowledgeable on the products. They are helpful without being pushy. The event was surprisingly well staffed and with more than enough treats to go around for the amount of couples in attendance. The event is well organized. I recommend couples look into CB in SoHo for these private events. The store is stocked with products ranging in price points and styles. Thank you CB for making this experience stress free.
I love this place. Whenever I’m in soho and I have pee or poop. This place comes through with the bathroom. Frfr just the real MVP, never change Crate & Barrel pls don’t change. Love you. <3
One of my favorite areas in New York City
Nice store
They are helpful and efficient here.
Wonderful world
Pricey but nice big store with lots to show. How do they have so much space?! Multi floor furniture store.
Went here to get a replacement piece for my bedframe. They were able to order it for me. Great help!!
Superp customer friendly and you find a lot there!!✨
Beautiful things, a fun place to brose. But you better be ready to pay for it!
Been shopping here for years. Love the plain look of the furniture. It's natural and simple. Good merchandise for the entire house. They have wonderful colors for glasses, dishes and each is unique with one of a kind patterns that I haven't seen elsewhere. I own one of their chairs, so comfy and you can change the look with a new slip cover. It's simple affordable and a creative way to redecorate. Good gifts for new home owners. If you are looking for a special glass to drink, wine, margaritas or a martini...this is the place to shop. Staff has always been helpful and they do wrap the fragile items well.
Very professional staff
Lot of nice stuff
You can check out their furniture at this store.
Very Very disappointed with their customer service. Ordered stuff online to pick up at the store, and their website told me available for pick up the next day after 1:00PM. When I showed up at the store they were closed for the holiday. When I called customer service they told me to call the store. When I call the store they tell me sorry, call web support. The store should have mailed this to me free shipping due to their mistake. Now I have to fight to get my refund. RIDICULOUS!!!
A beautiful store filled with many home furnishing that I will one day own.
Customer service was great. Helped allot with picking a gift.
This place is great, I really love their fall collection, huge selection.
It's a Crate and Barrel. 'Nuff said.
Started to lose their style but still great design
Love! Great customer service!
Thank you Andrea for helping us out on our Davis purchase.
What a great store with the best customer service!
Great place to find out you need a bigger place to live! I love this store
I love shopping here they have a Beautiful variety of different products to choose from for anyone Home or Apartments and Affordable
This store has a lot of nice accessories and home accent items. Purchase a few for my dining room and looks fantastic
While everything is beautifully displayed and well curated, the customer service is no where to be found. It’s hard to come to terms with the idea of spending money here while also being made to feel like you shouldn’t be here. Funny enough, the CB2 down the street has polar opposite customer service. My advice is stay home and order online—unless you like spending money only to feel like the act of purchase is a deep bother to the personnel.
I really like this store for buying decoration and furniture stuff. Everything is exquisite. The staff care about every single detail in the exposition. Go to Crate & Barrel is always a delightful experience even if you go just for taking a look. If I could, I would buy the whole store.
The people are very nice, helpful, and easy going. They can be a bit intrusive but generally it seems to come from a good place. It's a nice store for a crate and barrel and one of the more spacious stores you'll visit in NYC. Highly recommend for registries, also. They make everything easy and simple.
Great store, and Andrea is stellar! But sadly, parking sucks! Wear comfy shoes...
Can always find something good ,Sales associates are ver friendly and helpful
It is impossible not to love this place. Unique and fab ideas for the home. Stunning Christmas decs each year. Wish we had a Crate and Barrel in the UK xx
I love this shop and will come back next time.
It's a nice place to visit
Purchased a convertible sofa here. All good!
Love this place. Always find assistance if you need it. A bit pricey but it's okay.
Can I move this location to LA. They have great customer service, much better than the grove in LA
Beautiful
Love to come here and pretend like I can afford the couches.
Very clean bathroom
This is the kind of store you go in for one item and wind up leaving with more than you anticipated.
Very nice store.
Horrible, stay away! Please do yourself a favor and stay clear from this store. I am currently going through an ordeal with Crate & Barrel waiting for my items for more than 2 months without any resolution. I placed an order for 3 items out of which 2 were available almost immediately. They refused to deliver the 2 items saying they will deliver the 3 together as they cannot do a split delivery if items are expected within 1 month. The 3rd item (a couch) , it's delivery kept getting delayed and I asked them to deliver the 2 which were available and after a long battle with them they delivered it. Now, the bed I got the bed, was 1000$ but it is of super poor quality and is flimsy. I am trying to get a furniture medic come and have a look at it, but they just don't give me a resolution. After waiting for 2 months for the couch, they finally told me that it will be delayed by another 2 weeks, so I ended up cancelling it. It's a physical and mental struggle dealing with Crate & Barrel, I have wasted a lot of time on it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AT ANY COST!!!!
Looking for pillows and bed sheets. I got a very nice service.
Great designs. Pretty big inventory in the showroom. Not the cheapest place for furnishings, but items are usually worth their price - very will constructed with high end materials. Sales people very well trained and helpful, although sometimes they are short staffed. Great place to browse as well.
Nice store great products and near public transportation..
Responsive and caring. I needed some assistance locating a 2004 order to resolve a claim where I had to replace the item or reimburse a Customer for my company. The staff at Crate & Barrel knew there was nothing in it for them not even a sale, yet they worked hard at helping me and went through a lot of trouble to find the information I needed and called me back. They were polite and helpful, especially a Woman by the name of Samantha. It's not common get such gracious help from people who are themselves pretty busy for nothing. So I appreciate their efforts. I would buy confidently from a place as responsive as this one.
Great designs, great selection with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are a little high, but the things they had were great.
Very friendly staff that is always willing to help if they don’t have something in stock.
I came here to purchase a wedding gift from a registry. Staff was very helpful While shopping and offered to wrap my gift at the end of the transaction.
Great place to shop. Love their stuff.
Really great for a wedding registry
I ❤️ this place
Staff were very welcoming and helped me find my last minute gift..
Don't trust the stuff who tells you that is exclusive at Crate and Barrel. Always double check if somewhere sells it and will be much cheaper.
Very helpful staff, huge store. Decent prices for the quality.
Nice easy selection for home goods. Two floors, second floor is more furniture heavy. First floor has more of a Williams Sonoma kitchen vibe
I love this store and it's design for 20 years!
Very nice and well kept store. Always a joy to pop in and build a wishlist for the house. Attendants are very helpful and attentive.
Totally pro service and good customer experience. A rarity in today's New York.
Terrible store location! This should have been built as a free standing store with a parking lot. The location makes it near impossible to shop for several larger items at a time because you then are forced to walk to a parking deck. It seems it wasn't designed to be open to the public.
Beautiful well laid out crate and barrel
Love all of the kitchen gadgets hete!
good products n staff very helpful
Was the location in the strip center across from the mall getting a bit tired? Yes, but this was a poor choice in location. I live within walking distance of Avalon and it's a good thing because you will not find parking here. There is also considerably less space devoted to everyday items in this location. I really miss the old store.
Crate and Barrel has a variety of housewares such as glassware, sofas and furniture. Their items are of high quality and usually go on sale for affordable prices that can range from under $10 or in the $20's. It's also a great spot to lounge around to try their sofas. And it's my go to bathroom - it's pretty nice! Sometimes they have some cute little things that make great housewarming gifts. Recently, I saw Baggu bags for $10, a dog shaped leather wheelie that can hold your phone, post it notes or pens, a 3D puzzle that you can make into animal shapes.
Nice and affordable prices on Crate and Barrel store.
Love IT, people very nice and helpful
Upscale home goods. Wonderful staff. Nice space.
Large, busy store with many tourists and others not buying. Seems to be a lot of new staff or undertrained as the two times we went people were unsure or giving incorrect information. The people are nice and helpful, but it's ok to day you don't know the answer to a question. If you're familiar with their product, it's fine. If you're not, I don't recommend.
Lot's of stuff.
The scraping barrel is in the centre of Soho and Greenwich Village it's an excellent shop with lots of items on display it was a hectic time of the year to purchase things but the staff were most helpful and we got some lovely presents for Christmas gifts there I would highly recommend it as a place to start your home decorating shop
Wow
Love this store
We love crate and barrel. It’s the only store location within the 5 boroughs or at least manhattan. Great staff, who are attentive and try to help. They will do their best to accommodate guests and even when it’s busy there’s enough staff around to assist. A bit pricey but the overall quality of C and B is zero to none. Highly recommended for any newlyweds or those looking for move in furniture and cutlery.
Excellent selection of housewares and furnishings for your New York apartment. They also have sections for coffee machines, fine China and bar ware. Specialists in each department can help with finding the perfect item for your needs.
While im a fan of c&b, I'm not a fan of the lack of parking at Avalon. Honestly, how was parking so under estimated and not planned? The lack of parking anf traffic will keep us from ever going back any time soon.
Pretty store and well known for their home decor but a lot of the stuff I found elsewhere for less. Their furniture though is very well made. The workers are nice and even allowed me in even though they were about to close and helped me find what I was lookin for instead of tryin to kick me out.
For all your home decor needs and wants. Best customer service.
Wish they had more selection
Great place for deco and house supplies
Great furniture but $$$
Beautiful selection on home goods. I love there bedroom collections on the second floor. You can buy the entire set if you really like! Helpful staff!
I had a fantastic experience here. I bought my first sectional and the sales person helped through the whole process. Considering my budget, they helped me size the couch to my living room size. I'll definitely come back for more!
Service is the top! I visited several times within last few months, everyone is warm and helpful. The store is smaller than the Lenox one, but the selection is still great. You could find most of stuffs in store.
We've made purchases at this location a few times. The staff is always helpful and the large show room is helpful if you are not comfortable purchasing furniture sight unseen.
Staff was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The store itself is laid out nicely with glasses, crockery etc downstairs and furniture upstairs, if memory serves. Clean and orderly as you would expect.
Love this stop! Super friendly staff
Very good selection of fine furniture at good prices
Great housewares from a to z
Very helpful and friendly staff
Great store! Always a pleasure to set in, staff very friendly, lovely furniture, now doing upholstery work!
Excellent staff and service. Food is the best. Dont miss it!
So my wife and I are moving to a new apt in August and we wanted to try out different sofas before we purchased one at the store. A staff member named Noel Kiniery helped us out. She was courteous and kind enough to thoroughly explain every detail of their products. After being briefed, we went on to try out different sofas on our own. It was a pleasant Monday evening until the following happened: A security guard named Mid (?) walked up to us and hand-wagged the hack out of us. He runs at us pointing at his watch and goes "You have to leave. It's been 10 minutes. Get out of the store." I just didn't know what to say to this. I sat speechless. Was this in my head or did he actually just say that? Are you even allowed to do that? I hate to be that person who asks to "speak to the manager" but only this time, I didn't have to. He summoned us to the manager's office to explain why we had to leave the premise. Mid told us that we were not allowed in the store if we were not purchasing anything. After talking to the store manager Richard Young, I found out a few facts. Crate and Barrel at SoHo instructs their security guards to prowl around the store and screen out people who spent more than 10 minutes on the sofa. You see the only thing is, we were sitting on that sofa for like 3 minutes. I absolutely hate and try to avoid at all cost being that person who claims every unpleasant incident has to do with racism. However, Me and my wife just couldn't shake off the feeling that we were being discriminated against because of our ethnicity. It is interesting to see a common trend in Google review as well. Susan Lin's review below is pretty much what happened to us. This episode has seriously got me re-evaluating Crate and Barrel brand. We are looking at different options because the message from them was loud and clear. Avoid this store if you don't want to ruin your day.
Very helpful and extremely friendly staff helped me find registry items in minutes. Great pricing for home and kitchen goods. Easy to navigate showroom that tempts you to buy outdoor furniture even though you only have a tiny NYC apartment with one window
Love their furniture!
A great location and very helpful staff. Huge space, nice bathrooms if you need to go.
New location. Great stuff.
Good place to shop furniture
Surprisingly big for being in Manhattan..differnt assortments than Charlotte...
Nice place a little to much for me.
Nice store though check-out can be slow
Great store with lots of home and furniture options
Lovely store in a beautiful shopping center. Very helpful staff.
I love shopping here.
Great kitchenware store. Tasteful and reasonably priced. The future section at 2nd floor housed really beautiful and expensive selections, which inspire you to make more money.
Crate and Barrel is the most complete home store I've ever been in--a little less furniture than Ikea, but it's still worth the visit.
The products are great and the c&b credit card is pretty nice if you buy from c&b a lot. I got 1k back in rewards and treated myself to a vitamix!
I LOVE this place it has everything a home needs.
large Crate & Barrel location anchored on Houston & Broadway. i come here mostly for kitchenware. most recently, i got a proper lasagna dish. I have been looking for a lasagna porcelain baking dish that was sturdy and deep to do a 5 - 7 layer lasagna. prices can be high at Crate & Barrel, depending on what you are looking for...the basic kitchen items is where i find you get the most bang for your buck. the kitchen items tend to be better quality than other similarly or lower-prices options at other chains. furniture and decor seems to be where up-pricing is high. C&B ends up being a great place to level up your dish and glassware if you don’t feel like doing a lot of price comparisons, but want nice stuff at a reasonable price. staff is helpful and generally friendly. drops mic cuz i’m not droppin’ any dishes
Lovely store and friendly staff. Parking is fine. I enjoy walking it's good for you. Crate and Barrel will pack up your bags and if you pull your car around the back, they have staff ready to load the packages into your car. No need to carry around heavy bags while shopping or walking back to your car.
Always good for unusual flatware and basic bowls and plates, kitchenwares. Nice clean large bathrooms on the Second floor near Soho area shopping. They carry a nice range of furniture, large and small as well as bath accessories, towels. Handicapped accessible small lift in front of store but u need to ask them to get the key or it is a few steep steps.Accessible on the 2nd floor by both escalator and elevator.
Helpful staff and wide selection, helps to do research online first then bring paint colors or fabric samples to match with potential furniture purchases.
Still an obligatory stop when I'm passing through USA. The branch of SOHO is really gorgeous and the staff really cool and friendly ! C U soon
Warm environment great staff
Great selection. Tons of niche and beautiful products. Not cheap.
We love to buy our furnitures from Crate & Barrel
Two stories of good quality contemporary furniture at moderate process. They also have a large amount of cooking accessories.
I love the fact that they have flatware that include chopsticks.
I usually have a pleasant time at this location. The selection is large and most of the staff are helpful. Unfortunately, today was not a good day for a certain security guard. My cousins and I were browsing for furniture because I just moved. We were sitting on one of the sofas when this security guard came straight to us to let us know "If you are not purchasing anything you can't stay in the store for more than 10 minutes. You also can't put your feet on the ottoman. You need to get your feet off of my furniture." We let him know that we've never heard of this policy before and he just walked away angrily. My back was to him so I didn't see him approach but my cousin let me know that he came directly towards us while there were many other people doing the same thing we were doing, browsing. I also don't see how anyone would just purchase an ottoman without first trying it. I did not have the bottom of my shoes planted on it, I only had my legs propped up on it. If Crate & Barrel doesn't want customers to put their legs on the furniture then a sign should be put up.
Its areat place to find out you need a bigger place to live! I love this store.
Walked in to grab two quick things that I know they stock because I checked online. Couldn’t find the items I needed (probably an online or larger store only thing, that’s cool I probably would’ve been fine having them shipped as I like the quality from Crate & Barrel) and couldn’t immediately find the staff. Turns out all 5 of them were in a corner near the register socializing. Wasn’t asked if I needed help until after I was opening the door to leave. Ended up purchasing comparable items from Amazon Prime in the car. I can wait a day. Retail really is dead.
We bought a mixer there and need to exchange it for a different color. It was a wedding gift. Instead they lost our business and we are going to Macy's to get what we need. They just didn't care or go the extra mile. We got our money back and heading to Macy's. Hope you guys can take better care of your customers. I would have given you a 3 star but your Avalon store was nicely decorated.
In love! You can fins everything, but the prices are a Little salty
Large store in Noho with good selection of couches and other home furnishings.
Needed a restroom...They had one
Spendy but a fun store none the less!
Best customer service
Love this place, beautiful things for home and friendly staff
Always find something in here even when you dont want to
Friendly staff, clean environment.
Awesome and double rewards
I ordered a beautiful dinner set as a closing gift for my clients, who were leaving town next day and worried that it would take a while to get it delivered. The the store had a perfect solution and told me they can get it delivered the same day with a messenger. Everything went as planned and was delivered on time. Wonderful experience and great customer service.
The store is very well laid out to easily show complimentary furniture while also making it easy to compare similar furniture. The sales staff is also efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Do not use Crate & Barrel for your nursery furniture. They couldn't care less about the time sensitive nature of it. To be well prepared for the arrival of our son, we ordered his nursery room furniture four months in advance of his anticipated arrival. To make sure it was available we called before putting in our order. The customer representative ensured us all furniture would be available within two weeks. After many weeks of delay, our furniture was finally available and we scheduled a delivery date. This week we found out that Crate & Barrel decided to ship our furniture to other customers and they advised us that we should wait until it became available again. We now have to scramble to look for an alternative from a company that does understand the importance of getting this right.
Nice..same item at Sears &target affordable
If you purchase a gift for someone at Crate & Barrel, be sure to request a gift receipt. The Corporation will not give any credit for merchandise returned without a receipt. Not even store credit. So if the person already has whatever you gave, can't use it or just doesn't like the product, they are stuck with it in the absence of a store receipt.
The kitchen utility items are well placed however the furniture at the second level can be place better.
They claimed they had the item in stock on the website. Went in to buy it and they told me that even though the website says it’s in stock, that’s not always the case. Waste of my time.
Their incompetence is dwarfed only by their inability to provide good customer service/be helpful to their customers. To be fair, your experience at this C&B is largely dependent on who assists you. I've been helped by some great associates. But I've had enough horrible experiences to confidently say that the chances of dealing with a helpful associate are slim. I've had a handful of frustrating experiences there. They're friendly and will greet you kindly but they lack any other skills. Expect incompetence and unhelpfulness. First one: I purchased curtain rods and curtains in store, the employee ordered the wrong size (!), and then when I went to pick up the entire purchase at the store they forgot to provide the curtain rods explaining that they didn't arrive. They did (I think). I get a call a week later saying they shipped them out because they were in the stock room for too long. I called to figure out what happened since when I picked up the other portion of the purchase they expressly told me the curtain rods had not arrived. They then realized it wasn't actually ever shipped out but they just couldn't track or locate the curtain rods after they arrived at the store. I had to wait weeks for the curtain rods because the associates were completely incompetent. They had to re-order the curtain rods and only after I asked did they offer free expedited shipping on the curtain rods given the 1.5 month delay. They offered nothing to accommodate me for their screw up. Second one: I purchased another set of curtains in store. But since they don't carry any curtains in store they were sent to my home. I had a number of bags from other purchases that day. I asked for a C&B bag to consolidate my bags since the other ones were cutting into my hand. They refused explaining that despite having just made a purchase since I didn't have an item to walk out with it policy to refuse requests for bags. Pathetic customer service. Such ***holes. Third one: One of the first purchases I ever made after my recent move at C&B I opted for in store pick up. They packaged one of the items wrong (packed wrong cups). I only realized this after getting home and unwrapping everything. It's not rocket science to read an order, the item numbers, and pick up the right item from the stock room. They're just sooooo incompetent at that location.
Don't bother with purchasing online and in-store pick up if you think it'll be faster. The wait at pick up is long and yet there is no line at the cash registers.
Beautiful store inside and out. Very big and spacious. Has a bathroom upstairs .Very bright lighting. Gorgeous houseware to furnish any home or apartment with a touch of class.
The staff at this branch is very friendly and the show rooms are well stocked with most of the inventory available online. Pro tip: There is a final sale section on the upper floor that has great discounts. Be sure to check it out!
Nice store you want to buy
I never got in the store. I went there at 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 6th, and there is simply no parking anywhere. I tried the big lot and of course the very limited street parking is taken. Ridiculous. The old Alpharetta location I would just park in a huge lot in front of the store and walk and very short distance to get in. Yikes.
It's clean and organized. Staff are helpful and friendly.
There are many new and the same ones that every place had on homes, bars, and many more to buy anything in their own homes
Huge store for NYC! Plenty of furniture samples on the floor. If you need furniture, Michael Ausubel is your guy. He is very professional and takes finding the furniture you need seriously, attentive, and knows the inventory for C&B well.
Every time I've been here the customer service has been impeccable!
Although it was pouring rain, Paul helped me fit a table into my sedan that would barely fit. That was beyond his call of duty and greatly raised my opinion of Crate and Barrel.
Good prices!
Customer Service outstanding. I purchased 2 picture frames. One arrived broken. I received apologies, and a new frame within 2 days. Amazing! That's why I shop here .
Came to buy a couch, Omg so comfy! Unfortunately none of the ones present at the time were right...
Beautiful store, wonderful variety of many items. I’ll be back!
Walking into Crate and Barrel is an undeniably fun experience for a home decor lover. If you're into interior design, stylish home bars, classy dinnerware - then you'll feel like a kid in the candy store, albeit a bit expensive one :) They have a great everyday prices section where I constantly find glasses and bowls and serving dishes at really good prices. For the more pricey stuff, I wait for an occasion!
Matthew made shopping a pleasure !!!
Decent place 2 shop
I like the store however the color and design options were little limited.
I love this store! Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Crate and Barrel has to be one of the best places in New York to buy dishes and glasses for everyday eating. We have an extensive selection of dining ware. It's also great for furniture and decorative homewares. You can find good gifts there for the holidays or birthdays.
By far a superior store for your needs.
Great service
Great quality but pricey. Great place for anniversary/ wedding gifts.
Nothing more than a target on steroids.
Nice shop. Clean, cool design and great sales are always happening.
I like this store very much but it is an expensive one. I could buy only one product!!
Get service easy pick up for christmas
I go to this C&B often because my office is within walking distance. As a frequent visitor, I can tell you that the staff is consistently snooty and rude. I will gladly take my business to another store that actually values my business and treats me like a decent human being.
So many beautiful things that it makes it hard to decide.
Awsome store overall, pricey IF you're shopping on a budget, clean bathrooms, professional staff!
I love their designs and the quality of stuff would be nice if not so expensive. .. but love it every time I buy something never regret a purchase. ..worth the money
