Called the store yesterday to place an order for an item that was sold out online. Happy to find out I was able to have it shipped directly from the store. It took a little bit for them to get the items and I revived a call quickly in order to purchase. Even though it took some effort to get all things in order the cashier/floor person (Ernest I think?) did a really excellent job staying positive and professional. The package arrived today! So fast. I am very pleased and all items were in great shape. Would recommend
This place is amazing! Great quality but affordable! I went in for a wedding gift and one of the staff helped me decide what to get and showed us where everything was! This made it SO Easy and fun. The wrapping and customer service is amazing !
Crate and Barrel has the worst online order and customer service I have ever seen anywhere. I orders two different items and paid for separate wrapping (extra charge for that of course).Items came in in one box wrapped together.So ,I get in touch with their customer service who resent the items,promising to refund me the money I paid for the wrapping and extra box(8 days later,still no sign of the refund) ,and guess what,when the second order came in ,they were AGAIN in one box.Now the second mishap arrived a day before i was to give those presents to two different people which forced me to spend Saturday driving around to find adequate boxes to wrap the presents separately so that I can make my friends happy.. Of course,i contacted C&B again and they offered to send me a 50.00 dollars for the two wrong orders.I turned their offer down because they are the one who twice made the same mistake in the same week.They seem to be very oblivious or I would say,not concerned at all for their mistakes or for wasting my day off to find presentable boxes and wrapping,and they said they will forward my emails to their Home office to find a resolution,adding that I will be contacted within 48 hours. 96 hours later I still haven't heard a word from their home office,so i sent another email and this time ,the next day someone called me,apologized,saying the email was not sent to them until today.So now i am looking at customer service that lied or was lazy,not sure which is worth and still no resolve for two orders that they didn't fix. Home office upped the bribe to 100.00 gift card (that's what they called resolving the waste of my day off and ruining two perfect gifts for my friends}.Yes i turned down their offer and then asked them to talk to someone in corporate office but that didn't happen either.
Recently went to the store to purchase an item. Noticed the same item was cheaper at a different store, so before I left home, called customer service and the store to confirm they could match, which they said they could. Got to the store to use my gift cards and was told they would not match the price, since the item was on sale at the competitor store. Left the store with the intent on going to the other store to purchase. While in the parking lot, called customer service and they confirmed the store was wrong. Customer service had me go back in the store and they honored the price. I asked the same manager why he denied the same request and it took me calling customer service to verify. He claimed the associate misunderstood my request, even though he co-signed with denying the discount. Not a good reflection on the store when your customers know the policy better thank the manager.

Staff was amazing! No one was breathing over my neck, yet I was always promptly greeted and asked if I needed help. It was just the perfect amount of "here when you need me", but not overbearing. Had a conversation with 2 gorgeous ladies (one with long locs and the other with short hair). It was a fantastic visit and I'll definitely return.
My car was booted on their parking lot. Only a few white signs, not at eye level, and I had to pay $75 for walking across street. If your store is on a lot with parking scams going on, I will never shop there.
I love shopping here. Staff is nice. Items rotate often enough not to be dull. The small kitchens items you need, but can never find are there.
I tend to have a good experience with the store associates, anytime that I am at the store, except for on one occasion with a associate name MC, who apparently, due to having a "bad day", decided to take out her anger and frustration on Crate and Barrel's customers, which is unacceptable.
My decor style is modern. But at Crate and Barrel I always find a contemporary piece to even out an overly modern ensemble

My wife and I were ready to spend good money on a living and dining room sets, but after getting the booth on the parking lot because we were picking up something accross the street and cost us $75.00, and the signs are not even redable. We decided to buy at another complete different store that was amazing Ballard designs in Roswell just got $8000 worth of business. Stop the parking scams you will loose more business

Nice store kind of pricey everything seems black and white sometimes. Every now and then they have colorful products and items to buy. Needs to be a little bit more vibrant in there.
Always fun to go shopping there. Service is average, i prefer the care they give at Pottery Barn though
Went online to buy a Gift Card and got an offer from them to get a 10% discount on my purchase if I gave them my email address. Sounded great and as I did so I got this message..."Offer valid on full-price items only and excludes furniture. Must be new email subscriber." I went on to make my purchase, entered the 10% discount code and got a message saying my discount had been applied. Got to the end of the transaction and then there was the fine print...Gift Cards are excluded from the discount. Really? You make the offer, fail to mention the exemption on Gift Cards, (although you mentioned other exemptions) tell me my discount has been applied and then hope I don't notice that it WAS NOT applied at the very end? I spoke to Supervisor "Will" and he declined to make it right. Cancelled my order. Good decision Will! Will never shop here again!

Was in this Crate and Barrel two evenings ago (was on a business trip visiting from Charlotte, NC) looking for something in particular and had a very rude interaction with a particular associate (Jackie). I don't normally write reviews online, but I felt her snobby and condescending tone deserved a terrible review since I was only trying to ask for help! I love Crate and Barrel and shop here regularly. Luckily, two other employees were wonderful and helpful and helped me find exactly what it was I was looking for. But Jackie needs a lesson in manners!

Not the cheapest store but they always have things you didn't even know you wanted. Always neat and friendly and very helpful. They are off to the side of the mall, so parking isnt quite the pain.

We bought a couple of items from off of the floor and agreed to pick them up the following day. When I came back the next day to pick the items up they not only had them ready to load, but they were wrapped with layers and layers of Styrofoam and paper. They did an awesome job! Regarding the service, I've never experienced anything better. The people were very nice and helpful but not pushy. The furniture we purchased is quality; solid wood is used here. I will be back to C&B!
I used Crate and Barrel for my wedding registry. I love the selection. However, keep in mind that the online selection is broader.

Great store with easy parking right in front
I'm not typically one to write reviews but my wife and I were blown away by the quality of customer experience we recently received at this location on January 2nd. We recently got married and placed one of our wedding registries with C&B. As a gift, one of our family members purchased us a skillet from Crate and Barrel, and, while opening it, the skillet lid fell out and shattered. We visited this particular location to purchase a couple of items and ask about finding a replacement lid for the skillet. To our pleasant surprise the manager was quick to offer a free replacement, and the employees we dealt with during our visit were amazingly attentive and touch great care of us. It could not have been a better customer service experience, and they won lifelong customers in us that day. Can't recommend this store enough.
We did our wedding registry here. On Sundays, before they open, they allow couples to come in early to create their registry. It was only us and a few other couples. It was nice having the whole store basically to ourselves!

Bought a queen size bed. It was a floor model. The bed itself is very nice. However, when it was delivered there were no support legs. This was the week after Christmas that I made this purchase. When I called the store I spoke with Joseph who has been very professional. He ordered the legs for me and said they are on back order. Well not much I can do now. It is now Feb 4th and no legs. I have a beautiful bed that I cannot use. I have had guests come and go that have slept on the couch. I called last week and was told the legs will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. I have found this process very frustrating. If you are going to sell floor models you need to make sure the customer receives what they paid for. Crate and Barrel get it together. A very disappointed and frustrated customer.
I shopped at Crate and Barrel stores since the 1980s. Most of my stuff is from this store. However, since it was sold and stopped being an American company the products are increasingly cheesy, low quality, and overpriced. Customer service is no longer friendly and helpful. It's heartbreaking.
We purchased a set a beautiful dresser and nightstand set for my daughter from pottery barn it came in and it doesn't match her headboard. I was so bummed. So I called crate and barrel and spoke with Martin. He went above and beyond pulled the swatches for the sets I was interested in said he thought they would work. So the next day we drove the 2 hrs to the store and Martin helped us with everything. Her new set will be here on the 10th and its perfect for what we need. They even give a military discount for my husbands service. Definitely will be back!
I ordered the TRIANGLE SHOWER CURTAIN on September 9th, 2019 from CB2 and I've had issues ever since. I will never order from CB2 again. First, even though I paid for express shipping the order came late to my building. When I got the notification by FedEx and CB2 it was delivered to my building I called my concierge to confirm. I was told nothing came for me. I called FedEx and CB2 and there was no record of a signature. They opened a complaint at FedEx and as of today Oct 14th. I still haven't gotten a response. CB2 did reship the product and I got it a week later. After I received it, I decided it didn't work with my decor. I immediately shipped it back (which I had to pay for) and I still havent gotten my refund. This is my first online home decor purchase and this has definitely ruined it moving forward.
