We purchased some floor tiles and carpet, and it was an overall great experience. The prices were more than reasonable, and the carpet crew did an amazing job with the install. All throughout, the team at US Design Source was completely flexible with multiple reschedules and setbacks from the contractors doing repair work at our house. I walked into their office as an abused client with not so great experiences from using other companies to remodel in the past. I was overly concerned that the job cost would stay the same as quoted, it was done right and most importantly ON TIME!! I did not want a two week job turn into six months (has happened before). Lauren was our main contact and they did a fantastic job. She would come out 2 to 3 times a day to check on the job being done and that everything was moving forward as planned. She even helped with picking out things, didn't want to just tell someone what we wanted because what if they listened and it was a horrible idea. Lauren was a pleasure to work with, when the job was finished it was perfect, price stayed the same and it was DONE ON TIME!! I am going to recommend them to my friends and family for any remodeling work, they definitely exceeded our expectations :)
