I could not be happier with my experience at Luxe Furniture & Interior Design! We purchased a 2nd home and were overwhelmed with decorating and remodeling an entire house. Vickie listened to my design ideas and helped me see my vision through. She set me up with contractors to do the remodeling and then worked with me on each room, making sure that colors, style and scale were all working together. I gave her the keys to our house to come and go as she pleased while we were away & waiting to move in. She is 100% trustworthy! Once the larger pieces were decided on, I would come to the store where she had fabrics & finishing touches displayed out for me so that we could pick and choose all the small details. She is also an expert at designing pillows! I let her do as she wished, and they give each room that "Wow" factor. Luxe has a large selection of vendors that they work with, so practically everything you can find at another store or on the internet, they can find at a better price. My home has been a large project, 8 rooms in all, and each area has a unique look and feels like a resort, which I could not have done without Luxe. Vickie has not only been an amazing source of information, help and guidance, she has turned into a true friend. She cares about people and treats her clients like family!

Recently we purchased a second home in Florida which was partially furnished and we were having trouble coming up with a plan to complete the furnishing on our own. After visiting numerous furniture stores and becoming more confused, we happened to find Luxe. From the moment Vickie greeted us, I knew we were in the right place. We didn’t set out to find a designer but we felt so comfortable with Vickie that we were happy to make an appointment for her to come to our home and give us some advice. Vickie listened intently to what we had to say and asked all the right questions. As it turned out, she did some beautiful room plan drawings that left nothing to question or to be concerned with. We instantly loved her design ideas and after she showed us the furniture pieces we were even more excited. Vickie takes the process from start to finish and is always involved with installations so we felt we were in good hands. In the end, we could not be more pleased with the results and now we are free to focus on enjoying our space rather than decorating it. I would highly recommend Vickie for your design needs.

We have made several purchases with this store and on November 11th placed an order for 2 chairs over $2200.00. Our designer Vicki handled the transaction and charged our credit card $1100 and assured us that the chairs would be here by Christmas. Then on December 7th we receive a call from the owner Susan Crosswhite who wanted our remaining balance of $1100. We call her back to state that we were told to pay for the chairs when they arrive in the store and she said we had to pay for them now coming from Norwalk, OH and we asked her why was the payment was needed now when we have no merchandise and we want to be sure that the chairs actually arrived with the fabric we selected. She was very rude to us and told us there was no way they would arrive by the holiday and she said that we had to have us come down to pay for them or they would not be delivered. We told her we were not happy coming down to the store but we did after our church service. She was so nasty on the phone that she was asked if she was always this way. She did not like it but told her that it was a shame our designer was out for a few weeks but we would be there to pay. When we arrived at the store, her husband Tom was there and immediately very defensive because his wife was upset. My husband handed him the credit card which he ran on the credit card machine for $1100 and then he called on on Monday, December 8th and said he was canceling the order and no chairs would be sold to us. He is very unprofessional and to think he has no corporate office to report too or ethics in how he deals with customers who have paid. He said that we would not be getting a refund and consumers should be aware how he treats paying customers and especially a mother with 2 sons in Afghanistan. He and his wife act like they are your best friends when you purchase and when we got upset at his wife in the way she spoke to us, he is punishing us. It is such a shame that we now have to contact the banks, Better Business Bureau and our attorney to get this resolved. So beware of this couple and if you are not careful, they will also take your money but you will never get your merchandise. We have even recorded the phone conversation showing how rude Susan was but as the owner it will never be admitted. So beware and find another design firm who will not rip you off with your deposit and act so childish. Maybe the Grinch would be a better way to describe them. But each time we placed orders with them, we paid half when ordered and paid when the merchandise arrived. But there are many other stores that will treat you well and value you as a customer. Many of these stores have closed in other locations so beware.

When we moved to Florida our old furniture just didn't fit with the climate and home style. My husband and I began a search for new furnishings and it quickly became apparent that we had completely different ideas of what to do. That's when I knew we needed a decorator. I visited Luxe furniture and fell in love with just about everything I saw in the showroom. I was so pleased to find out that they had Interior Decorators on staff to help design our dream and make it a reality. I had never worked with a decorator before and was a little afraid that we might get someone with a haughty attitude who pushed us to buy things that weren't right for us. I was immediately put at ease when we met with Grace Fox. She is a lovely, gentle person with amazing taste! She was invaluable in helping my husband and I make compromises and find common ground. We ended up redoing nearly every room in our home and we couldn't be happier with the result. We have received so many compliments and I always make sure to give credit to Grace for all the hard work she put into our project. It was so nice to have a one stop shop too! We picked out fabrics at Luxe and Grace measured and designed all the window treatments, had a professional seamstress make them and then had them installed. Couldn't have been easier for us! All of the furniture is top quality and was delivered and set up with the utmost care. Whether you just need one special piece or an entire house full of furnishings, don't hesitate to visit Luxe and see what they can do for you!

Hmmm.... the owner was our host when we showed up on a Sunday evening casual clothes ...One of the comments , the owner did which should have stopped us from doing business was ''if you are looking for cheaper stuff, they are in the back''. My friend who was with me suggested that I should not buy from her... being frustrated with lot of stores I saw good stuff in the store... so I ignored owners stupidity and ignorance. My budget was to spend close to 35K on a new house and I was planning to spent a substantial amount with Luxe. Now we are 7th week after ordering the furniture and still have not received them. The communication is erratic. They say they deliver by 4 to 6 weeks, just so that you buy. It is taking 8 to 10 weeks for most of the delivery. Customer service and promptness sucks....the quality appears good but pricing is beyond reasonable. If you are from the area, please make the trip to Orlando... or look up the web, there are much better choices and much better people , and better customer service.
