Watch out for the construction Manager David Baskett comes off as your best buddy but he is truly a bully. He will drive you and when things go wrong with the cheap subs he hires he blames you NO and I mean NO communication your project will take a year or more. They will drag it out for more money then try to complete the job in two months. Very unprofessional. If you want to wait over a year or more Dave Baskett is your man a wolf in sheeps clothing I think they say. Bad stuff and Bad people watch your money. Please ask the man who owns weather tech $600,000 over budget and it took over a year to complete something doesn't add up.

I am on the Board of Directors of Toscana South Condominium Association, Inc. and the liaison from our Board to the Decorating Task Force entrusted with redoing the public space in our luxury condominium in Highland Beach, FL. Our condominium was finished by the Developer in 2004 and our public space was done in the then popular Tuscan/Mediterranean style. Although everything was in good condition, we determined to update the style while retaining its charm. In a building of 159 units, it is very tricky to negotiate the differing opinions and tastes of unit owners.
